Progress thread My new extender/progress thread.

I must admit that I have come to the point where I’m pretty satisfied with the size of my penis and have been contemplating just doing a maintenance routine of 20 mins stretching, 80 jelqs and 2x5 mins of pumping everyday.

Will see what I end up doing when I do my routine in a few mins, as I still would like to be at least 8 inches BPEL with 9 being the ultimate dream size.

27.02.24- Did 40 mins of basic stretches, 140 jelqs and 2x6 mins of pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

You can always do like I do, 1 day on 1 day rest, if the penis are tired. Remember healing is as important as active PE.

Yeah, I know just have a tendency to get a bit over eager thinking rest days aren’t needed. My plan was to only take Sundays off but will see if I take another day off too.

Besides that I have the mind of an addict so I get easily addicted to things, like PE, but I will have at least one day off a week.

I personally never missed a day. I went 7 days on no days off but everybody's different.
 
Definitely try it brother. Just saw your post on being tired of extending. The noose extenders can be a pain, especially at higher tensions.

The reason you probably never made any gains with the BIB is because of his outdated philosophy of using less weight in order to not strengthen the suspensory ligament as he thought this would cause gains to be harder to achieve. This however was untrue as strength adaptations are inevitable.

I'm sure you have some weighted bags at home or some tools that you know the weight of that you can use for hanging. I'd start with 1kg and work your way up. I've personally never had to do more than 4kg to get that ache at the base but test the waters and see what works for you.

You gained all of your 1.5” length gain with manuals right?

Would be interesting to hear how your manual routine looked like then and if it’s the same today? Like, angles, is it bundled etc. and do you use anything to enhance the grip or anything else?

If you're making that kind of group because of manual stretching. I highly recommend you pick up the length master and follow the instructions in that case.
 
How long have you been hanging with 4kg and much gains from it if you have anything to report?
I personally don't measure as to not discourage myself however it has been obvious that I have been gaining to due to a visible increase in the size of my bulge plus my dick just feeling huge when I look at it erect compared to before when I'd see it erect and feel disappointed.
Don't worry though, I will measure one day and the forum will be informed as soon as I do.

I can definitely relate regarding measuring. I feel sick to my stomach when I don’t see progress. Have only measured 2-3 times in a 2 year period.

I bought my first pump around July from what I can recall, maybe a little bit earlier. I started stretching manually for the first time a little earlier.
So my 1 year PE anniversary is on the horizon.

If you could do it I believe I can do it too. Also I just hate taking days off as one day off often turns into two days off. Everybody says you need a day off from working out and PE but then again I have been working out almost everyday for about two years now and still making progress.

Gained most from manuals and pumping with the Bathmate. Gained a little bit from using extenders too, maybe about 0,5 inches from that.

Have always just done basic stretches as in no bundling, just basic stretches in 5 directions using both hands to stretch. Straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and straight out while going around in small circles so it’s more of a dynamic stretch than the others.

Has happened a couple of times after stretching like this that my penis has gained 0,5- 1,0 cm when inside the Bathmate afterwards. Like seriously, I have once seen my penis gain a whole, measureable, cm while inside the Bathmate, like it just jumped up in size. That’s why I’m sticking to the routine I’m doing now since it has worked so good in the past.

The only thing that I have changed is going from 30 sec stretches to 1 mins stretches which I did after joining this forum. And yes, forgot to say I have also always incorporated some jelqing right after stretching before going into the pump.
Something in the range of 100-300 jelqs at most.

Both hope and think doing the same stuff with a longer stretching time will finally take me over 8 inches BPEL, stretching for a total of 30 mins as it’s around the same time I used to do in the past to see actual gains. Some days I might do 40 mins of stretching if I feel like it though think my sweet spot is 30 mins total.

That’s what I have decided too, used to measure way too often and get discouraged when I didn’t see any results.

Do yourself a favour and stay consistent brother, I’ve been doing PE on and off for about 15 years, no joke. Could kick myself for not having stayed consistent with it. I can only imagine the gains I could have made had I stayed consistent.

Have never been more consistent than after joining this forum as even on my 2 months away from here I still did some pumping. Best of luck my brother, yes we need some luck in this game too, and keep on keeping on.

Btw my BPFSL seems to have gone from 8 inches to 8,3 inches so taking that as a good sign of gains to come. Won’t do any proper measuring in many months as I don’t wanna get discouraged.

Also I’m going to do PE everyday, since my night and morning erections are as good as they are. I just hate it and feel lazy if I take days off anyways. Will take a day off only if it feels like I really, really need it.

Have also Googled a bit about people gaining using the Bathmate and it seems like the people that have gained the most size used it daily for at least six months or more.

8-8.3 BPFSL is insane! A sign of gains to come. Stay at it my man, there's nowhere to go but up from here.

Experimented yesterday with doing 3 full sets of pumping and God dang I did not get much fluid build up at all compared to doing 3 sets about 2 weeks ago when I got very much of it. So now I’ll stick to 3x5 mins of pumping.

So you did 3 growth sets!
In my personal experience, fluid retention gets lessen when the tissue is used to it. I had the same with LengthMaster 3.

That’s actually what I want and have been thinking about doing. I just can’t take a day off from working out so think I won’t take a day off from doing PE either.

Love the ambition. Just know that just because your body can withstand working out everyday (both PE and strength training) it doesn’t necessarily mean that that is the BEST way to go about it.

Not saying that you should or shouldn’t do it. Just something to consider maybe. And of course, it all depends on lifestyle, recover ability, genetics etc. (again, both PE and gym).

For example, the way I train in the gym, I wouldn’t be able to get the results from working out more than 3, max 4 days a week. That’s why I stick to 3 days a week with very high intensity and 10.000 steps a day to make sure I’m getting leaner. Just an example.

For PE it might be a bit trickier to find the right balance. It’s something we hopefully can get in tuned in with experimenting and collecting the data and feedback. Overwork seems to be a very real thing.

I can however relate to wanting to go ham everyday and some people might respond to it. My gains took an abrupt halt after gaining about an inch. And overwork must have been a factor as I was extremely committed to the routine.

I don’t really know where I’m going with this, it became a bit of a rant but anyway..

Haha, no worries brother. And just so you know I unwillingly ended up having a day off yesterday, on Sunday, and must admit it felt kinda good.

Time will tell if I choose to go hard everyday or take at least Sundays off. For now my plan is to do it everyday.
