I always went back to basics whenever I was lagging in growth. It's a smart thing to do because it shocks the penis into a new way of growthSo started my new routine yesterday.
11.02.24- 30 mins basic stretches with 1 mins holds on each stretch. Then I did the 5x5x3. Took me about 1h30mins in total.
The reason I’m going back to the basics is because that’s what have worked for me in the past. Used the LM3 for 2-3 months straight and got zero gains from it.
Extending has just become too much of a hassle so I’m going to stick to this routine for a while and hopefully I’ll start gaining again. Will add stretching time as I progress further.

I'm taking rest days, I feel this are benefitting me. When I do girthwork I going hard, so rest days are nessesary for me. I suppose that you need to feel what works for you.One thing I was wondering about, do I need rest days when pumping or can I do it everyday? I see on the Bathmate website that they reccommend 2 days of rest a week.
I would prefer to not take any rest days but if it’s a must I will do so.

I like to look at my flaccid hang. When the flaccid hang isn't what it used to be (low and long) after like 1 or 2 days of not doing any penis enlargement, then these are signs that you have overworked your tissue, and that you need some rest in order to keep growing.

The turtling after session do not count. If you realize that your penis feels permanent retracted you should look into reprogramming your program, rest vs. active stretching.HmmThis might true the same guy MOS-MASTER sent in the video says same as you if your flaccid hang is shrunken it’s a sign of overwork, but it also makes sense after intense stretching for it to turtle up.
curious after 1-2 days of shrinkage you recommended more time off until your flaccid hangs ?

Yepp, using both hands actually. Feeling a good and intense stretch and my penis always stays longer after each session, no turtling at all.Are you using 2 hands when doing the stretches?
Did test it once without the comfort insert but damn it became almost too intense. Will use the comfort insert for now and when that starts feeling like nothing I’ll start pumping without the comfort insert.

Took me about 82 mins in total. The max amount of time I’m willing to put down in one session is 2 hours total so still got room to up both the stretching time and amounts of jelqs.
Was actually just thinking about adding 5-10 mins of ball & lig stretches before stretching, so yes brotherman, will definitely do it when I do my routine in a few mins.With that extra time, you could get in some ball and ligament stretches, which will help you grow so much faster.
