So started my new routine yesterday.

11.02.24- 30 mins basic stretches with 1 mins holds on each stretch. Then I did the 5x5x3. Took me about 1h30mins in total.

The reason I’m going back to the basics is because that’s what have worked for me in the past. Used the LM3 for 2-3 months straight and got zero gains from it.
Extending has just become too much of a hassle so I’m going to stick to this routine for a while and hopefully I’ll start gaining again. Will add stretching time as I progress further.

I always went back to basics whenever I was lagging in growth. It's a smart thing to do because it shocks the penis into a new way of growth
 
12.02.24- Did 30 mins of basic stretches and 3x5 mins hardcore pumping.

I’m going for length now so I don’t do the SSJ’s for the moment. My thought process is that since I pack the 2 inch MityVac tube in girth it becomes mostly a length excercise. My goal is to pack the 2 inch tube in length as well.

After I’ve done my session I wear a cock ring for an hour, btw can I wear a cock ring the whole day if I want to?
 
One thing I was wondering about, do I need rest days when pumping or can I do it everyday? I see on the Bathmate website that they reccommend 2 days of rest a week.

I would prefer to not take any rest days but if it’s a must I will do so.

I'm taking rest days, I feel this are benefitting me. When I do girthwork I going hard, so rest days are nessesary for me. I suppose that you need to feel what works for you.

Go by your EQ. Thats what I do. See what your erections are like and if they're not as strong then take the day off until they get strong again.
 
Thank you for saying so brother, that was kinda my thought too as I realized how the basics has made me gain in the past.
Might even go for 40 mins of stretching today as I kinda enjoy doing my basic stretches.
Sometimes we need A reset to get ourselves back to square one and to start introducing more intense exercise as we progress.

Some more thoughts about this.
I like to look at my flaccid hang. When the flaccid hang isn't what it used to be (low and long) after like 1 or 2 days of not doing any penis enlargement, then these are signs that you have overworked your tissue, and that you need some rest in order to keep growing. I feel this, and it's very hard to explain this concept.

This is true for both girth work and length work.

How much rest imare on an individual basis, and can't be specified in a general manner. The recovery and rest you need, are dependent on so many factors.

But one thing to remember, is to not take rest just because you feel like it. I believe rest needs to be strategic implemented in order to maximize gains. If there are rest when you don't need it, you will not maximize growth.

Also: If you take rest just because you do not feel like doing penis enlargement that day, then the risk for a permanent vaccination from PE is very high. If you can watch TV then you can do pe instead of that.

Hmm 🤔 This might true the same guy MOS-MASTER sent in the video says same as you if your flaccid hang is shrunken it’s a sign of overwork, but it also makes sense after intense stretching for it to turtle up.

curious after 1-2 days of shrinkage you recommended more time off until your flaccid hangs ?

The turtling after session do not count. If you realize that your penis feels permanent retracted you should look into reprogramming your program, rest vs. active stretching.

Think I will abstain from PE today as my penis feels a bit over-worked.

Love it with the Bathmate. I hope you threw away the comfort insert. 😁
Some interesting things happened back in the day with the penis pumps competition. One brand that was new, messed up big time, Bathmate took the market fully and then MityVac came.

Did test it once without the comfort insert but damn it became almost too intense. Will use the comfort insert for now and when that starts feeling like nothing I’ll start pumping without the comfort insert.

Gotta say I forgot how much I liked using the Bathmate, it really does give me that extra girth and a longer and fuller flaccid hang 24/7. Even on my day off it hung lower and fuller and I’ve only been pumping again for about a week.
 
16.02.24- Did 30 mins of basic stretches, 100 jelqs and 3x5 mins of Bathmate pumping.

Really starting to enjoy using my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 again, as I got a bit tired of lubing up all the time. Though will test out doing only 2x5 mins of pumping today to see if it reduces fluid build up. I think it’s the third set that get’s the fluid build up going. I know I could do the SSJ’s but won’t for now as I’m trying to save some time.

Might also do 40 mins of stretches today. Time will tell.
 
17.02.24- Did 30 mins of basic stretches, 100 jelqs and 2x5 mins of Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 pumping.

Took one day off on Sunday but then that turned into 2 days so from now on I will only take a break when I feel like I really, really need it. Hoping that It’ll be okay considering I’m only pumping 2x5 mins.

Found that only two sets of pumping to the max created way less fluid build-up while still producing an amazing hang so going to stick to that.
 
20.02.24- Did 40 mins of basic stretches, 120 jelgs and 2x5 mins of pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

Took me about 82 mins in total. The max amount of time I’m willing to put down in one session is 2 hours total so still got room to up both the stretching time and amounts of jelqs.

With that extra time, you could get in some ball and ligament stretches, which will help you grow so much faster.
 
Think I’ll add in some «ball & lig» stretches today as well and maybe even a third set of pumping just to see how much fluid build up I get from it now. Hopefully not that much now.
