I also take Amphetamines. I took retaline (methyl phenidate - NOT amphetamine) for many years, I switched to Elvanse. MUCH better, less withdrawls, less edginess ... really, try it.

Hi, quit doing any PE for a few weeks, just got tired of it and needed a break. Will only do extending and after a little while maybe add in doing the 5x5x3.

Have a doctors appointement on Tuesday this week to see if I can get a dexamphetamine booster added to my ADHD medicine protocol, and if that goes well and I get it I will have the focus and energy to do the 5x5x3 in the evening.

I’m a totally depressed mess of a man when the effects of my ADHD meds goes over so a booster is much needed. I do already have a 10mg Ritalin booster but the effects of that is slim to none and besides that I function way better on some sort of amphetamine like dexamphetamine.

Was on methylphenidate(Ritalin/Concerta)when I stopped doing PE as well, as there was a world wide shortage of Vyvanse which I’m finally back on now and that made my passion for PE re-ignite.

Have started out slow with extending again though will try to up the hours as I progress. Going for 9x6 inches. Last time I measured I was 7,75 inches BPEL and if I remember correct 5,3 inches girth.

Hi brother, I’m on Vyvanse and it’s just the same as Elvanse only difference is that Elvanse comes in a wider range of strengths. Vyvanse(lisdexamphetamine)is usually for adults and Elvanse(lisdexamphetamine)is usually for children though I’ve heard about several adults, like you, getting Elvanse instead.

Also lisdexamphetamine turns into dexamphetamine once it’s processed in the liver that’s why I get an afternoon booster of Attentin(dexamphetamine)as well and it gives me the energy, motivation and drive to get through my physically exhausting days(I walk alot and work out everyday, study languages and so forth).

Yes, I was temporarily on Ritalin and Concerta(methylphenidate)as there was a shortage of Vyvanse world wide, but now I‘m finally back on it. Did not like methylphenidate at all so I understand what you say about Amphetamines being much, much more effective and better overall.

Appreciate you sharing your experience with ADHD meds and glad that the Elvanse is working well for you. Nothing better than finding the right type of ADHD meds as it sure makes life that much better. I will be on ADHD meds till the day I drop dead as I’m a depressed and suicidal mess without it.

Will do my best today to get in at least 6 hours of extending though 9-10 hours would be even better. Seems like I’m able to wear the MaleEdgePro for longer periods of time after having my break.

I simply just love extending due to the fact that I can write on here, read my Bible, study German, watch a YT video or whatever while doing active PE. Sure I have no job anymore but I fill my days with stuff I wanna do and the days just flies by.

On a sidenote, I’m still bulking and I’m now finally 91 kg’s(200lbs)on the morning scale. Will keep on bulking for at least another month. Abs are somewhat still visible as well, so happy with that.

Ah great you also felt that way about the other compounds. I am in Europe in the south, maybe the name Elvanse also has to do with the region. But cool you mention the other med, Attentin, never heard of this. Vyvanse works great, I just take 30 mg at this point, probably will move up. Yet it does affect my sleep quit a bit. I wake up in the monring now to take my med and go back to sleep for an hour or 2. I took Ampretmines from when I was8 till 22 ... but now 20 years later realized I am a shadow of my abilites without them. It's hard to find the balance. Eating a lot of Meat and fat helped also to lessen the extremes of our condition (suicidal tendencies, depression etc) ... eat a lot of meat eggs and butter my man!

Yepp, it’s a bit of try and fail to find the correct dosages for your ADHD meds. Personally 30mg Vyvanse was way to little for me and ended up at 80mg of it, but still I needed an afternoon booster so hence the 20mg extra of Attentin.

Glad the meds are working out well for you, there’s no shame in needing to take your ADHD meds despite it being a somewhat social stigma about people like us needing to take small doses of Amphetamines to function properly.

And yeah it sure takes it’s time for the Vyvanse to start working since it’s a prodrug that has to be metabolized by the liver first before it takes effect. But once it does it’s so wonderful as in no more racing thoughts, no more anger, a much better mood and being able to focus on what you have to do that day. Personally I just wake up, take it and then go for a 70mins long walk with my dog so by the time I’m back home it has started working a bit already.

Appreciate the food tip brother and I do actually eat 6 whole eggs, with the yoke, and some meat as well fried in butter at least 3 times per week. People saying that eating eggs aren’t healthy doesn’t know much about how nutritious eggs actually are and it even has a complete amino-acid profile making the protein in it as perfect as can be.

Actually started using the Jes Extender more now than the MaleEdgePro, seems like my glands finally can handle the noose system a bit better. Got foam covering the noose as well making it way more comfortable.

Really packing the 2 inch one in girth and almost in length as well. But for now I’m focusing on length only with the extender. I will just keep on extending, no matter how long it takes until I’m 9-10 inches BPEL.
 
01.02.24- No PE this day, it wasn’t my intention to have the day off but was so tired that I ended up sleeping most of the day.

Have made up my mind to do extending only for the unforseeable future as in zero time limit, if I have to extend for the rest of my life I will keep on doing it, at least until I’m finally satisfied with my length. Struggle with setting a definitive length goal though 9-10 inches BPEL would be my dream length, preferably 10 BPEL and 9 NBPEL.

First 100 hours done, now on to 200 hours. Seems like 5 hours is what I can manage to get done in a day, though still striving to get to 6+ hours.

I already notice a much better flaccid hang 24/7 and very little shrinkage in my daily cold showers, now I just have to keep on extending and make those flaccid gains into erect gains as well.

Trying to stay disciplined and motivated to keep on extending, some days I can’t be bothered to get in more than 2+ hours a day. Though I will most likely just keep on extending till the day I die so I’m in no rush.

Also read somewhere on the internet about a danish guy whom only did like 2 hours of extending a day and still made some good gains that way so I guess and hope 2 hours is much better than nothing.

It depends on the tension you use. I also only do 1-2 total hours of length work a day and I am seeing gains.
From what I know the devices such as the Male Edge or the Jes Extender don't have a tension scale do they? But they can be use from passive PE. The lengthmaster that you own can give you a high tension session, breaking down the collagen necessary for growth. You can then wear the extender the rest of the day for passive gains.
Even if you use a high tension method 2-3 times per week along with the extender then that will make the difference.

Thank you for the tips, I most certainly would have used the LM3 if it had not been for my inflamed elbows and underarms. I wish I was just whining about it but they are seriously inflamed and me using the LM3 only seems to exacterbate those problems even further, unfortunately.

Really sorry to hear that brother. Have you tried compression hanging with the Lengthmaster? That wouldn't require any use of your arms other than putting the weight on.
You could try 5 minute sets like I do with a higher weight. I started off with 1kg and then moved up to 4kg which is where I am now. I usually do around 6-8 sets 5 minutes each.
 
Sitting here sipping on a couple of beers, frustrated regarding my Jes Extender and that damn noose always slipping out from where I lock it down/secure it. I have to check that it’s not slipping out all the time which is both time consuming and helluva annoying. Think I’m at my wits end when it comes to extenders, there’s always some kinda problem(s)with both my extenders.

From tomorrow on I think I’m going back to basic stretching and the 5x5x3. Will start out with 10 mins of stretches and increase the time as I progress forward each week. Basic stretches is what have gotten me some fast gains in the past so hoping the same thing will happen this time around as well. Finishing it all up with SSJ’s and MityVac pumping.

Will be good I think to just get all my PE done in the morning and don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day, other than wearing a cock ring to keep that post-pump girth going.

Hmm, I had actually forgotten that I can hang with the LM3. Have tried hanging in the past with a BiB hanger for over 5 months and got no gains at all from it. Maybe my luck will be better using the LM3, will definitely take hanging into consideration so thank you once again for the tip brother. Much appreciated.

Definitely try it brother. Just saw your post on being tired of extending. The noose extenders can be a pain, especially at higher tensions.

The reason you probably never made any gains with the BIB is because of his outdated philosophy of using less weight in order to not strengthen the suspensory ligament as he thought this would cause gains to be harder to achieve. This however was untrue as strength adaptations are inevitable.

I'm sure you have some weighted bags at home or some tools that you know the weight of that you can use for hanging. I'd start with 1kg and work your way up. I've personally never had to do more than 4kg to get that ache at the base but test the waters and see what works for you.
Feel free to ask me any questions about it as it's something I do on the daily.

By the way, I have some ideas about doing Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches with LengthMaster 3 without your hands.

Standing on your knees and a pulley system behind you, so you can pull the LengthMaster 3 at an angel. But this setup do not exist, you have to make it.

Or maybe just use a rope around something heavy and attaching it in the holes at the handle.

Then you get into position on your knees with a bundle penis, the fixed point behind you are secure, and you regulate the tention by the length of the rope and how far away you are from the attachment point.

But the important thing is to be able to stretch your penis at an angel, if you do not do that, you will not be able to stretch hard with intensity. You want to reduce the pressure on the glans.
