First thing first I’m not native, so excuse my English.
I will document my journey here with pictures for many reasons like documentation, sharing and benefit from your experience guys.
I'm now into hanging
I'm using LG hanger and Bib hanger ( both )
my routine at this moment ( I progress every week ) :
LG Hanger > 2 sets per day x 40 minutes per set x 5 pound
BIB hanger > 5 sets per day x 20 minutes per set x 11.2 pound
and 10-20 minutes light Jelqing after all sets
I hang every single day without any rest
My Target is 9NBP x 7-inch Girth
