Conditions right now:

1. Didn't tried 100% erection yet but it has gotten better that before.
2. Volume of ejaculation has increased (a lot).
3. Kegels somewhat hurts but not like before.

Things I am doing to better my penis:

1. Warmup as soon as I get some privacy (Sometime warm wash-cloth but most of the time bundled stretching)
2. Light PE (basic stretching ).
3. Jelqing (100 in each direction).
4. Less masturbation.
5. Kegels (rarely)

like that you’re doing all this and putting in new precautions. I also like the fact that you’re putting some restraints on masturbation. This will only help your EQ. I would start to do a Kegel routine again everyday as this is your best way to strengthen your EQ.

My EQ actually go better without the kegels...... LOL
DLD said that my PC muscles reached fatigue due to a lot of kegels

Although, I'm gonna reduce the amount of jelqs because I am not focusing on girth right now.......

The only thing I use in PE is my body

Get a cock ring if you’re doing girth work, it’s very inexpensive and it will cement your gains so much faster. You can even make your own rings if money is the issue, use tangle free hair bands that cost about a dollar for 20 and they’ll serve the same purpose.

It will help with length too, keeping expansion in the penis post workout helps length and girth

You can make a hanger at home for almost nothing. A simple clamp with a good wrap you could get in 5 to 7 pounds of weight. There are various homemade hangers you can find through the forum. A popular one was called the “captains wrench” If you wanna invest in a hanger I would go with the LM since it does so much more than hanging.

3. Kegels (just started).
4. No adult entertainment

I'm just not getting any urge at all.....

It is impossible to control your urges your best defense is changing your line of thought when this starts to come on. For me if I dwell too long in the urgent self I end up messing up. But I’m quick with the mind change, when a negative thought comes up being an urge or some other temptation I change my thoughts for something completely different. This has to be practice but it will be your go to eventually

My motive was to minimize the amount of adult entertainment and jerking off......

whoops I jerked last night ? Did not view adult entertainment only female faces. I’m not sure if I feel guilty or not. I am a Christian and I guess I get kind of confused when it comes to women in a certain sense. I know there’s no sin in masturbation, the sin is in what I look or think on. So if I am not viewing adult entertainment but still jerk it, theoretically, I should feel no guilt. Perhaps I feel bad about masterbation but why?
 
It is fucking difficult to do so

There will always be more work to do. And we will never be perfect. The important thing here is that we are taking action to better ourselves. I used to whack off 3 to 4 times a day and today it happens once a week once every two weeks, that’s a big accomplishment in my book. And again we never ever ever ever want to put a law above our heads. Doing this takes Grace not rules.
 
I am gonna focus on girth till the corona virus pandemic.........
Length is difficult to do so without proper privacy
