Gotta need some hardcore exercises....

Since I have started PE, I have gained significantly and I think it is time to dd some hardcore exercises in my routine.....
Give me some exercises which I can do(without equipments)....

Are we suppose to ejaculate after girth routines.......?
 
Ejaculate can makes its way out after any given exercise. It happens. Don't forget to bring a towel!

It happens to all of us occasionally so don’t make a big deal out of it, clean yourself off and start over again.

How do you start over again?
I mean... after ejaculation dick becomes soft and even if I get myself erect, the dick will hurt a little because of all the compression.....

Meaning the next day. But you can take advantage of the refractory period and get a lot of good stretching in with no resistance from the pelvic floor muscles.

Sometimes the pressure is too much that it hurts.....
Other times the pressure is so low that I don't feel anything.......

Show me the way, PE veterans......???

Sure.....

I was 5.5" in length. I do not know what my girth was.....
It has been 11 months and now I am 7.5" in length and 5.5" in girth.....
I haven't done any girth exercise in 4 months and only recently started doing it.....

The idea of SSJ is that it compresses the penis....... right.....?
Now....
When I SSJ, I tend to slide my hand from the base up the shaft to meet the glans......
In the video, you said that the penis is supposed to be compressed but never mentioned anything about the movement of your hands......

Are we supposed to move our hands so that both can meet in the middle.....?
If so, I cannot get it right because the pressure is either very much or very low.......

Are supposed to keep our one hand on the base and the other hand on the glans and keep it there for 30 seconds and not move them along the shaft so that they will meet in the middle......
If so, then I have been doing SSJ wrong my entire life (cwl)

Yes the lower hand is brought up as a lower hand is brought down and then they are squashed together and that’s what brings the expansion. You can hold a SSJ for as long as you like and I suggest as you are squashing together use some motion to get the best effects.

I've been doing for 2 months, my routine is
- 5 min warm up
- 10 min stretch ( 3 session of 3 minutes down, up, right V, left V, stretch A and gyrocopter, each of them 30 seconds hold)
- 200 jelq in V
- 5 min warm down
5 days 2 off

edit: I dont see any gain yet, I wanna start to do Kegels, but I still did not understand.

PE takes time.....
When you started PE, I am sure that you had seen some gains......

What happens is that, when you start PE, you see gains quickly. This is because PE is something new and have never been experienced by your body. After that, your body takes time to adapt to the PE routine. This time frame of adapting to PE is different to everyone. For me it was 7 months. After this period, you will see gains based on your effort and dedication. Till now I have gained 1.5"+ in length and some in girth.

Your routine is completely fine....
Follow the newbie routine. Might as well look into SRT and don't quit......

Kegels are really important in PE. Might as say the most important.....
Kegels are the easiest. All you need to do is to locate your PC muscles.....
To do this, simply pee and try to stop your flow of pee(do not use hands). This practice of holding pee is known as kegels.....
Another way of doing this is to get yourself erect and try to move your dick up and down using just the muscles......

Is it okay to have a full blown ejaculation after girth routine?

When ever I do girth, it somewhat makes my dick swollen which is a good thing. But this enlargement makes me wanna masturbate even more. The sensation of my bigger penis makes me wanna cum very hard.....

Is it okay for me to do so?
 
Keep masturbation to the ultimate minimum as you can overdo it and cause serious impotence issues. The other thing about masturbation is you usually need to look at something sexually explicit to have an orgasm. The problem with this is tolerance and if you start out looking at with no limits you will eventually need more and more to satisfy your appetite.

I wasn't measuring for a very long time....
Last time I measured I was somewhere above 7". But today, I am 6.5" (hardly)......


I have been focusing on my girth for about 2 months now. I hardly ever stretch because I was devoted to stretching for a year before.
I did see some length gains when I was jelqing but now I think those were just temporary.......

Well you wanted 7" in lenght you should go for 7.5 that half an inch makes the difference,you may lose that inch most of the time... Besides PE is a lifetime commitment... imho

I agree. You can always go for a half inch over the gains you desire and settle into the size you have a goal for. But I think it’s much better to keep a general maintenance routine going for life. That does not mean training every single day, it’s maintenance and it shouldn’t take longer than a half hour once a week. If you continue this maintenance you’ll continue to have a healthy penis. In addition you’ll keep all gains until they are cemented and if you keep it up you probably will continue to gain.

Yep that's the logic behind it, basically always aim for an extra inch...half an inch 7.5 look for an 8 incher..

A little thicker from the base..... then narrow..... and the again thicker from the base of the glans to the tip........

Can I make my mid shaft thicker(flaccid)?

The SlowSquashJelq was made for this! With the SSJ you can isolate any area of the shaft to spot train. Once you try the exercise you’ll understand what I mean when I say that the area that is lacking can be increased to be identical to the other areas of your shaft. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.
 
I have been doing SSJ......
This is what happened by doing SSJ.......
What I think I need to do is to compress only that area which is narrow and only that area.....

I am going to try this out today......
 
What am I supposed to do for tight foreskin?

When I get erect or masturbate, my foreskin seems to get tight around the glans......
How can I loosen this up?

Note: I do not have phismosis. It is just that I have been doing PE and it has made my penis bigger but my foreskin the same size.

This is a very easy thing to do and stretching the skin is extremely easy. Simply take your finger and thumb put it into your foreskin and then with some intensity widen your thumb and your forefinger and hold that stretch for 60 seconds now turn your hands 1/2 turn and do the other half. You can also use your forefinger and thumb on both hands gripping the foreskin between your fingers and pulling it in opposite directions.
 
I do not know the actual measurements......
But the lost is noticeable......

I lost my gains recently when I was sick........
I couldn't PE for days.........
 
OK must be substantial to know that you have lost and are we then talking days without PE? Seems bizarre for that small space of time, are we talking length or girth loss
