Progress thread my first routine start

I have a break
I changed my routine again.
and now
I do all the movements one by one as I listed above.
and the time allotted to each movement is 2 minutes.

And I do all the moves once.
I have a question for you, is it enough to do these movements once or should I do each exercise in 3 sets?
For example. tunica explosives 3xset
should i do
By the way, I have never worked on thickness, do you think the thickness measure I gave above is good?

So I already had this thickness.

The 2-minute rule applies to stretches that involve multiple movements, such as the basic stretch.
For example, 2 minutes of flexing to the left
Think of it like 2 minutes of right yawning, 2 minutes of straight stretching, bro.

Ideally 3 sets are best but for now I think what you're doing is a smart way to start.
 
yes I'm back, I've updated the exercises and my current penis size again.

To start with hand stretches will be very beneficial for your future. Because you will learn everything progressively. So many forget this...but you will learn so much by doing it this way. Just incase the intensity exponentially and you will be good.

You are working on girth as well
Do you have a pump? If so, what kind of pump is it?

You will gain like crazy, that's for sure.

i have a dry pump but i haven't used it yet bro
 
Personally I would not do it as I get frequent erections during the night and the Silisleeve is just to tight to allow for proper erections to happen.

Also your penis is doing a lot of healing during the night, so best to allow that to happen naturally without anything on it.
This is just my opinion, maybe someone else will tell you something different.

I have a question for you
After training, I use silistrecher until the evening.
I take it out at night.
I'm thinking of wearing a penis sleeve when I go to bed at night
and I can urinate easily with an arm attached to my penis, do you think that would help?

You don't need to keep your penis elongated when you sleep. Let your penis rest fully during theb night. When you can't monitor your penis when you sleep, there is to much risk involved. You have only one penis.
