Wait three months to take official measurements. But always measure your girth after you train to make sure you’re expanding pass your norm. This is a very loose and quick measurement just to make sure there’s expansion. Otherwise you only measure once every 90 days.

You can’t measure by the tube, that is a very loose measurement and will not show you your true growth. Use a ruler or a tape measure to get accurate measurements
