I have to agree with this.sheer determination, mastering how to truly be clamped in the LM, not being afraid of soreness or injury, twist and pull the shit out of it.
You do this in a safe way. The upper limit of how hard (intense + deep) you can stretch your penis are really up there. With this intensity you can get ~ 2cm (0.79 Inch) temporary elongation after session.
I mean level 10 of stretching intensity, are really insanity level of intensity, but it's possible if you build up to it during some (many) months. I was able to gain with one session per day with this intensity (the last month or months). But it took many months to get there.
I say it again. If you do not keep your tissue really warm (heated) before and during your entire session, you will not be able to maximize the intensity and temporary elongation to the max. If your tissue are cold you should not stretch. Cold contract tissue/ warmth loosen up and make the tissue more pliable.
Though I just would added this. Always be safe about it.
