Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

The heating source sounds great. Have any link for me to see which one you use?
It's the most common one for heating cars (car interior heater) in Sweden, you will find it everywhere.
It's really slim model, with a fan in the middle, and it wines like a jet engine.

The purpose of this minimalistic routine is that I can be 100% consistent with it and not get obsessive about it. Just part of daily life. My mental health haven’t been at it’s best this winter and therefore I focus a lot on my fitness as this is the best medicine for me.

Also have a minimalist approach as you know to the gym with 3 workouts a week (e.g Monday Wednesday Friday) and 7 days a week try to get in 10.000 steps a day and watch my diet closely.

I’m going to get into the best shape of my life this summer😎

Your approach sounds good, but I have problem to understand your stretching position.

I did something similar.

My fitness is good. But I'm a lot less bulky from when I started my penis enlargement, approximately 1 year ago. I'm more flexible but still strong.

I can probably run in indefinitely. Have been running to work in - 10°C and lower. Somewhat hard on the lungs to run in the cold, but you get used to it.

It was a really long time since I was at the gym. I need to get back there now. I'm doing girthwork now and it's much easier to live a normal life, with only one girth session per day (some rest days as wel).
 
Gotcha. And do you wrap now when you are going after girth? What’s your routine? Standard 5x5x3 + cockring?
I do what I did to get to 5.5 Inch Erected Girth before.
I just pump with Bathmate for 5 minutes do downward Jelq's (on the side of my penis) for 5 minutes, and repeat 3 times.

I do some SSJ'S but not a lot. I know SSJ's are supposed to be better. But I will do this now and see where it takes me. It worked really well before for me.

I know I will gain with this method, becouse I see bigger and bigger expansion for each day. The temporary expansion are still there to the next day.

I do some edging after session and then I put on my penis elongation wrap. I know you are supposed to use a cock ring, but my penis elongation wrap have a similar function if I wrap it harder for some time after session. I can keep the expansion for longer this way. I stay wrapped all day long.

but I’m closer to the edge with ass over the edge (bellybutton in line with the edge). My butt is in the air with feet up on the wall for support. Or the same thing on a sofa and a table for the feet.

Does that make it clearer?

Sounds great that you are lighter and more fit. If you like running you could probably run by an outdoor gym and get some pull-ups, dips and pistol squats in. That would be good for you!

The recommended levels they recommend are to low.
Thank you for your concern, I do feel a lot better now. I’m really focused on my fitness!

I supplement with 10.000 IE of D3 everyday. Always taking it in conjunction with Omega-3 for optimal uptake (D3 are fat soluble). Also very high dosage of omega 3 everyday.

How do you get leverage with your arms? Maybe I don't need to understand, but it would be nice to get it.

We have the same type of supplement intake, in regards to these two.

Did you understand my position? If not I’ll explain better. From that position I just have my arms alongside my body and pulling the length master up behind my ass in direction towards my back.

Simply put, imagine standing up, bundle the LM and then just take the LM between your legs and pull on it behind your ass upwards your back. If that makes sense?

It’s the same thing but I’m doing it laying down on a sofa/bed with support for the legs.

At least you can do the pull-ups on a playground or something haha. One winter when I was low on money I did train on the outdoor gym all winter lol

No, did you see the picture I added above? I lay exactly like that but with the ass over the edge (and legs up on the wall) so that I have the space required to make an effective BTC stretch.

If you remember the yoga pose picture from last year I posted? It’s the same principle but I made it a bit more comfortable

When I realized what happened in the Behind The Cheeks Position with LengthMaster 3, everything changed for me.
