Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

It's going well brother! Finally found a routine that works for me along with actual knowledge of how enlargement works. I never measure, but it wouldn't take a genius to see that my penis has gotten bigger in the last few months. Read over my log if you're interested, I'm on there everyday without fault.

Time for an update my brothers.

As mentioned earlier, I took a full 8 weeks completely off PE, in hopes of deconditioning the tissues after so long non-stop work and lack of growth.

I have now been back on track for around 5-6 weeks doing stretching 1 day on, 1 day off. (I only do length work now)

25-30 mins of manual bundled stretching with baby powder to:
-the sides, left and right.
-behind the cheeks
-mandingo stretches, with added pressure from the second hand (also bundled, this one is crazy intense actually, in my opinion, similar to length master intense!)
-then finish it up by standing up, gripping the penis behind the cheeks from the back with one hand and the other hand gripping the ballsack from the front and pulling it upward. pulling dick and balls upward this way. Is this a good way to do the ball & lig stretch, by the way?

*note, this is the only thing I've done. No ads or anything else besides this. It's so freaking cold where I live right now so I don't even think ads/sleeves are healthy at this point because the dick would be an ice stick with the limited blood flow in a matter of minutes.

Maybe I'm ready now to up the volume and intensity a bit. I'm thinking of doing 2 days on and 1 day off and perhaps let @squirt_inducer_man give me suggestions on how to proceed if you want to give me your magical formula! 😎

I have now updated my routine since one week.

2 days on, 1 day off of:
  • 20 minutes BTC bundled stretches (mid shaft attachment for more internal penis expression) Hard intensity!
  • 6-8 minutes Ball & Lig stretches (all 4 positions and I do these BTC and upwards the stomach for more intensity)
  • Silisleeve for 2-4 hours after workout
Simple but effective routine that should be able to take me closer to my length goal this term (about 4 more months for length). Planning to alternate every 6 months length work to girth work.

What do you think brothers? @squirt_inducer_man I read through all your links and decided this is the way forward. Focusing on HIGH intensity.

Only concern might be that I’ve already done BTC/downward bundles for the majority of my PE career (over 1.5 years now). Worrying that I could find better growth from other exercises?

But at the same time, I can’t think of any other exercise with the same growth potential (especially when you have a high intensity approach). Some people hang for years on end and keep growing for example… Should be fine I guess…

Also you will get your scrotum out of the way for the bundles. Your balls will hang lower, and it will be easier to get into a maximum bundle position.

Also. Why not have your tissue elongated as long as possible (+8 hours and more)? I had my pel.wrap (Penis Elongation Wrap) on (still have) all day long.

I always wore mine all day also, and I have made an incredible growth.

The heating source sounds great. Have any link for me to see which one you use?

My warmup consists of either 15 mins of the Mos Red light - or if I’m at my girl’s house I boil a cup of water and let it cool down for a few mins and place it over my dick and fundiform ligament for 5 mins.

I will try and experiment starting with the ball & lig stretch before length master. My thought was that doing it after the bundles, it could potentially make the ball & lig more effective as the tunica is already pre-stretched and fatigued.

I don’t have any problems with the scrotum being in the way. Might be because of how I perform the BTC’s. I either do them sitting at the end of the bed and then placing my feet on the wall for support (bed is close to the wall) or at the edge on the sofa and use the coffee table for my legs. Note that my ass is in the air, I’m laying on my lower back so I have room to stretch up behind my ass.

The 2-4 hours of passive healing is just a minimum number I try to achieve. I did 8 hours yesterday for example.

The purpose of this minimalistic routine is that I can be 100% consistent with it and not get obsessive about it. Just part of daily life. My mental health haven’t been at it’s best this winter and therefore I focus a lot on my fitness as this is the best medicine for me.

Also have a minimalist approach as you know to the gym with 3 workouts a week (e.g Monday Wednesday Friday) and 7 days a week try to get in 10.000 steps a day and watch my diet closely.

I’m going to get into the best shape of my life this summer😎
