Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

Doing bundled stretches in front of a heating fan and really heat up 🔥 that tissue is also a good recommendation.
It doesn't matter if you live in a warm country or not, you should do this either way. You can say you are overheating the tissue, without burning yourself. This is how I always have done it from the strart.

Don't disregard this. To make the connective tissue pliable and soft is really important in penis enlargement, and you do this with heat and bundled stretches. You don't need to stretch hard to loosen up the tissue.

Some men also have a thicker Tunica Albuginea and need to work to loosen that up more (warm up), to get the expansion they desire from their girth sessions.

This seams to also be the case:
The thickness of the tunica albuginea increases with age from 400–450 μm in young men to more than 900 μm in elderly men.

Hey brotherhood! I've been away from everything for a while now (I took @Tommy Gun advice to heart and plan to do a full 6-8 week 'decondition break') and I'm a little over 5 weeks in my break now.

So I plan on coming back in a week or two. I plan on starting from scratch as if I were a complete beginner. Thinking of doing the newbie routine for the first 30 days (perhaps even only with hands and babypowder in all directions)

After that, I'm all ears and would happily take your advice and fully devote myself to your routine @squirt_inducer_man and see where that takes me.

Also, I'm now going to separate length and girth work and only focus on length for 6 months and then devote the following 6 months to girth.

How's it going for you @huge-girth and @DLD ? 🙏

I'm on a decondition break as well. I've not trained for over a month now. I want to restart again by January.

That's cool so we will start from a similar place then! I hope our breaks will benefit us greatly! Will you measure before starting up again?

I'm thinking of measuring before starting up again so I know exactly my starting point and then measuring every 3 or 6 months to better collect feedback on how my training is going.

Yes I want to measure both length and girth before starting again. I might start by 1st of December as January seems to be too far.
 
Hey brothers! Time for update!

I'm going strong with a fairly simple routine of length master downward expressive stretching (been doing downward bundle stretches for about 5 months now and during this period I've attached lower and lower and since a few months back I'm attaching at extreme base. So I figured I could stay with it for a few more months?)

  • So 30 mins of downward expressive stretching everyday
  • Erect stretches 15-20 minutes every other day or 4-5 times a week, usually right before LM session
  • Pumping 12 minutes before bed 5-6 times a week

This has been my exact routine for about a month now and I find it pretty manageable for me to sustain.

Other than this, I use red light therapy before length 10-15 mins, hydrocortisone cream after length, cock ring 30-45 mins after pump, bio-oil for skin health before sleep and lastly use ADS or sleeve for as many hours as I can get in in a day, usually 6-9 hours. Also try to get in a few hundred kegels everyday.

Any feedback or questions are as always very appreciated

By the way guys, as I'm always looking to learn more in this field. I've found a guy that seems knowledgeable and legit, claims over 3 inch length gain. He has been at it for around 10 years now. I found it interesting that he doesn't believe in "passive healing". He is big on vacuum hanging and pumping mainly it seems.

He has a youtube channel where he does Q&A's and talks on PE theory in general and a channel on pornhub where he shows the more practical side of things.


Maybe we could discuss his content further if you guys find it interesting! Let me know if I'm breaking any rules for linking?!

As mentioned earlier, I took a full 8 weeks completely off PE, in hopes of deconditioning the tissues after so long non-stop work and lack of growth.

I have now been back on track for around 5-6 weeks doing stretching 1 day on, 1 day off. (I only do length work now)

25-30 mins of manual bundled stretching with baby powder to:
-the sides, left and right.
-behind the cheeks
-mandingo stretches, with added pressure from the second hand (also bundled, this one is crazy intense actually, in my opinion, similar to length master intense!)
-then finish it up by standing up, gripping the penis behind the cheeks from the back with one hand and the other hand gripping the ballsack from the front and pulling it upward. pulling dick and balls upward this way. Is this a good way to do the ball & lig stretch, by the way?

*note, this is the only thing I've done. No ads or anything else besides this. It's so freaking cold where I live right now so I don't even think ads/sleeves are healthy at this point because the dick would be an ice stick with the limited blood flow in a matter of minutes.

Maybe I'm ready now to up the volume and intensity a bit. I'm thinking of doing 2 days on and 1 day off and perhaps let @squirt_inducer_man give me suggestions on how to proceed if you want to give me your magical formula! 😎

Great to have you back brother! Wear the ADS at home if it's too cold to wear it out, get some extra breakdown of the tunica.
