But what is the strength of your particular viagra? Is it like 50 mg or 100 mg tablets?I use the brand that has the word 'Pfizer' written on it. I break one tablet into 4 pieces and I take one of it. I chew it and drink water to swallow it. I wait for 20 mins after chewing it before I start pumping.

I'm air pumping usually between 7-9 hg. I'm going with feeling. Sometimes 5-6 feels really intense, then I'll stay there. Sometimes I can go up to 9 and it doesn't even feel really intense.At what pressure are you pumping with your mityvac?

I always warm up with hot shower for 5 min, for me the pumping is more productive and expansive then and can therefore reach higher pressure.

I measured MSEG today before starting girth work and happy to report: 5.9"
So that's a 0.6-0.7" gain since last time I measured

Hey @huge-girth I'll explain how I do these BTC LM stretches.
Attach the LM then go into this position:

(she is a bit exaggerated with her hip thrust, imagine your legs and back in a more straight line, so you can stretch in the direction towards your upper back, when in this position)
Then pull/stretch alongside up your back.
This should be able to get you going. I've found a way to do this a bit more relaxed with the help of big pillows but I can explain that later just try it out first.
Don't forget to warmup and engage reverse kegels while pulling for an even longer stretch! Good luck and let me know what you think?

Pretty good information. But I do not agree with one thing, which are clamping.Hey just wanted to share some content I've been following lately.
I think this guy is pretty knowledgeable and always looks at things scientifically, which I like.
He started PE in 2013 and have gained over 3" (or more now, he mentioned +3" in an old video) in length but also stopped PE several years during this period because his wife couldn't handle his size
here is a quick video where he revisits the basics of PE. The basics are always great to revisit, even as an advanced practitioner, in my opinion.
He does live Q&A 2 times a month which I've watched a few of them.
