Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

Thanks for input! This is exactly how I did the downward bundle stretch. But if you ought to do behind the cheeks the chair will prevent it or at least you will not get the same intensity as you're getting doing it from the position I linked to. The thing about "behind the cheek stretches" is that you want to stretch the fundiform ligament and suspensory ligament in the the opposite direction for best effectiveness. At least to my understanding.

If anyone has other experience with it please share ☺

By the way, do you have any experience with behind the cheeks stretches with the length master @huge-girth ?

I've never done that exercise before with the length master but I can assure you that it is going to be very effective.

Yeah brother!! 2nd session today, this exercise is crazy intense. You should really try it, would love to hear the input of the length master pro himself.
 
Who would know length master came with such athletic benefits.
Imagine a length master yoga group class with everyone of the floor with their yoga mat and length master 😂

By the way have you done a lot of BTC LM stretches?

Hey brothers, time for update!

Today I will reflect on my goals and look at my PE history.

I'm soon closing in on a full year of PE training. With daily training for over 8 months. Average off days around 2 per month I would say, so I've been pretty consistent.

Looking back, I did manual stretches and bathmate for first 3-4 months every other day.

Then I bought full SRT package with all the tools (length master, silistretcher, mityvac, sleeves etc.)

So past 8 months I've been a daily practitioner. First 4 months I did length master 1 hour everyday, started with newbie routine for 30 days then moved on to mandingo and downward bundle. Stopped mandingo after 1 month (didn't get a good feel and stretch from it with the LM) and moved on to only downward bundle stretches 1 hour daily.

And now the past 4 months I've stuck to 30 minutes of daily downward bundle stretches (which I've been progressively attaching the length master lower and lower so I've been attaching at base for 3-4 months and finally since 1 month back I've progressed into doing "Expressive Bundled Behind the Cheeks Stretching". I'm thinking 2 more months on this particular exercise so I've been doing 3 months in total of them.

In summary, I've been doing downward bundles (since 1 month, behind the cheeks) for a total of 6 months everyday.

3 months of erect stretching 5-7 days a week

I've been back and forth with my girth routine because of complications with blood and exchange of my mityvac that broke. But I'm consistent. I'm back on the 5x5x3 every night 5-7 days a week. If I have complications with blood I do interval pumping of 2 mins X 7 sets (14 min total).

Using ADS (alternating between Male Edge extender/Silistretcher/Silisleeve) for around an average of 8 hours everyday.

Stating my goals again:

  • 8 inches of NBPEL (I wanna have that 8+ inches in visible length!)
  • 6 inches of MSEG
  • Bigger flaccid that hangs straight down at all times (this goal I've more or less achieved, just a tiny bit more and I'm happy so that's worth celebrating and express gratitude towards to!)
Note on goals:

I have NOT measured even once for around 8 months. Back then I was 6,3" NBPEL and 5,2-3" MSEG. I've realized it's probably better to do measures in BPEL for consistency but at the end of the day all that I care about is reaching stated goals.

Flaccid gains are pretty obvious but I'm not so sure about erect length... I don't know if it's my mind that's playing tricks on me or what it is but I really should have gained something considering time invested...? (I've only been doing erect stretches seriously for 3 months though, so that could be a factor)

So what do you guys think the next step should be for me? A proper measurement soon? Maybe it's a good idea for further feedback and data on the progress and coming action plan. I don't know but if you ask me I could go on for a long time and not measure, no problem for me. I'm ambivalent regarding this.

Erect stretching is very important. It will help even the gap between your BPEL and BPFSL. It will also help in cementing your erect gains. You shouldn't skip them at all.

You need to take an erect measurement as soon as possible.
 
What's the values?
Damn brother I was struggling so hard to keep it up due to nervousness haha.. Had like a 3 second time window to measure before I rapidly went flaccid again haha... But now I've double checked multiple times because I couldn't really believe it!

BPEL: EXACTLY AT 8" MARK (pushing the ruler hard into bone)
NBPEL: 7.24" (pushing the ruler lightly into skin)
MSEG: 5.9"


This is crazy... 😃

I have the same problem when messuring. It's like when the ruler comes, the penis loses it's erection.
 
This honestly is somewhat anticlimactic and I don't know what to do with this information. Of course I'm happy and grateful but I haven't processed it yet and I can 100% relate to others here on MOS that say after they measure after a longer time they can't really process it because I really DIDN'T see these changes from my eyes only!!! I knew my mind was playing tricks on me! This is a big day for me ☺

Super fast gains I have to say, you started Aug 15, 2022 (when I look at your first post) with SRT, and you have accomplished your length goal now. That's just amazing.

I'm proud of you how far you have come as in literally length-wise and knowledge-wise! Appreciate this because this is super rare! You have for sure broken some records in these regards I'm 100% sure of!

It was like with my strength training, when I decided I was going to pull 250 kilogram in deadlift, it was pretty much already done.
