Thanks man, appreciate your feedback and support! I'll try my very best to have as little off days as possible, that's for sure!Staying in ADS as long as possible will cement the gains you've made but you have to be consistent with your routine and it sounds like you are.
Keep going strong with PE for a minimum of 6 months and don't take more than 2-3 days off a month to really see progress.
