If you are motivated to explore the path to a remote job I'd really recommend it. I love it, it suits me really well. I make my own schedule and can have a better life quality. I have never done hanging. I have only done high intensity stretching in short bursts, and then keeping my penis elongation on all day long.
But I suppose it's the same concept. Maybe have it on high intensity for 1 hour (really high intensity), and then the rest of the time just for elongation. I'm just pulling out ideas based on my experiences with high intensity and short bursts (short time) stretching (with: hands, broomstick and LM3).
Yeah your approach of high intensity is probably the most optimal (Mike Mentzer style!)
At this point I'm okay with a little bit slower gains (still motivated to 'optimize' things though as long as it's not taking too much time) as my approach is to fit PE more into my lifestyle and not have it drain me on too much time/energy (hence the hanging while working). As long as I gain at a good rate and can keep at it for the long haul.
Yeah I'd love more input from people who has more experience with hanging and how to structure it in terms of intensity (weight) and duration, would be awesome.
