My workout today: 6/25/23
Warm up: 5 minutes.
Bundled stretches all directions: 8 minutes.
BTC Left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch x 3.
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Downward stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch. x 3
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Straight out stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch. x 3
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Upper stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch. x 3
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
5 minute warm down.
Wearing silisleeve from 6:30 pm until 9:30 pm.
10 minutes at 4hg in Mytivac x2
200 downward jelqs in between Mytivac sets.

Edited to note. The last set of stretches except the BTC were done bundled.
@DLD Is it advisable to do the newbie stretches bundled?

Yes everyone should be doing bundled stretches. It is a very good stretch

I haven't posted my routine in a couple of days, but I have been doing it. The morning starts with warm up, newbie stretches (all bundled) with my homemade power assist. I have a copper pipe wrapped in gaffer tape, similar to @squirt_inducer_man broomstick. I do 2 sets in the morning then warm down. After the morning workout I wear the slilsleeve most of the day. When I get home from work I do the same routine as in the morning except only 1 set, for a total of 3 sets in the day. About an hour before bed, I'll do 2 10 minute pump sessions with a 10 minute break between sets with the Mytivac at 4.5hg. During the break I do 200 downward jelqs for the 10 minutes. I'll be starting the 5x5x3 on Saturday the first of July.

Before I started I took my measurements. Those are in post #1. I told myself I wasn't going to measure again for 90 days but my curiosity got the better of me. Today I only measured my BPFSL. My initial measurement was 11.5cm and now I am at 13cm BPFSL. I am still not planning on taking any other measurements until September. But now I know my hard work is paying off and I'm making gains. Thanks for all the support brothers.

Middle left, right and center. Upward left, right and center. All stretches are bundled. I do 2 sets with 15 cranks left and 15 cranks right in between stretching angles. 5 minute warm down with heating pad. Then wear silisleeve for 5 hours.
My evening workout is the same as the morning except only one set and wear the silisleeve for 2 hours. After that I get into my Mytivac and do hard core stretches up, center and down, left, center and right for 3 sets. I hold each stretch for 30 seconds. I completely release the pressure after each set and rest for about a minute. Then back into the silisleeve until I go to sleep.

I changed my evening routine up tonight. I went straight into the Mytivac and did the hard core stretches directly after the manual stretches. I did not do a heating pad warm down after either exercise. I actually forgot about it. @DLD, at what point should I do the warm down, if at all? In between the manual stretches and Mytivac, or just after the Mytivac session?
 
I took Saturday and Sunday off from stretching. I did do a 5x5x2 on Saturday. I didn’t have enough time to do 3 sets. On Sunday I did the full 5x5x3 with incorporating the hard core stretches. Those feel amazing and I love how my dick looks afterwards.
