Hello. I've been a member since November of 2022. This is my first real post. I've mostly been a lurker but I have decided to take the plunge into PE.
My starting measurements are:
4.5" BPFSL
4.48" FG
4.41" BPEL
4.88" EG
My goal is:
6" BPEL
5.5" EG.

I started my routine on 6/11/23 and it goes as follows:
5 minute warm up with microwaveable heating pad.
5-6 minute bundled stretches in multiple directions. Down right, down center, down left. Middle right, middle straight out, middle left. Upper right upper straight up, upper left.
BTC Left, center, right. Each stretch held for minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left and 15 cranks to right.
Down left, down center, down right. Each stretch held minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left, 15 cranks right.
Middle left, straight out, middle right. Each stretch held for minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left, 15 cranks right.
Upper left, straight up, upper right. Each stretch held for minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left, 15 cranks right.
This is one set. I do this 3 times. In one sitting.
I also have a 1/2" x 2' copper pipe wrapped in gaffers tape to add more tension to the stretches.
Once all 3 sets are complete, I do a 5 to 10 minute warm down with heating pad.
Then I slip on the silistretcher for healing in an extended state.
I do not have an ADS so I'll leave the silistretcher on all day.
I'll be receiving the mytivac pump next week to incorporate pumping into my routine.
This first week I did all the sets in one sitting but starting tomorrow I'm going to do 2 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening. I will incorporate the pumping into the evening sets.
I'm going to use CrazyEd's pumping guide to get my penis conditioned to pumping.
Please let me know what you think about my routine.
P.S. I am not in the market right now for the length master.

I forgot to mention that I also do kegals through out the day. Before getting out of bed in the morning I’ll do 100 quick squeezes then 50 5 second hold with 2 second slow release. I do those at least 3 times a day. And while driving to and from work I’ll squeeze as many times I can during the 30 to 40 minute commute.

I do the same. Just get in the habit of doing them as much as possible...the more the better

BTC Left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch x 2.
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Downward stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch. x 2
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Straight out stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch. x 2
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Upper stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch. x 2
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
8 minute warm down.
100 downward jelqs.
Wore silisleeve from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.

I will be doing 2 more sets this evening.

Thanks @DLD, I'm trying. I'm just so tired of having a small dick. My Mytivac will be here tomorrow so I'm going to start conditioning my penis for pumping. One thing I have noticed though is, my glans are redish in color. Not blood red just bright. I'm chalking it up to being new to PE. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it go away in time?

10 minute pump session @3hg with my new Mytivac. I must say this is an awesome machine. My old cheap pump, the cylinder was too big and kept sucking my balls in. Talk about painful. My only issue with the first use of the Mytivac is it kept losing pressure. I don't know if I didn't have it sealed good enough or what. So I just kept pumping when it fell below 3hg's.

Try to carefully tighten the valve with your fingers, at the top of the cylinder it may help.
But do not over tighten it.

I am happy you have such a good workout! Try a bit of vaseline around the bottom seal. Mess with the valve to increase pressure. Also be sure to shave pubic hair or the seal will not be compromised
