Evening workout 6/22/23
Warm up: 5 minutes.
Bundled stretches all directions: 8 minutes.
BTC Left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch 1 set.
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Downward stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch 1 set.
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Straight out stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch 1 set.
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
Upper stretch left, center, right. Minimum 30 seconds each stretch 1 set
Cranks: 15 left, 15 right after each set.
10 minute pump session @3hg with the Mytivac. It’s still losing pressure. I did what @DLD and @squirt_inducer_man suggested. I’m going to run some troubleshooting over the weekend. I think it might be the comfort sleeve so I’m going to try and pump without it next session and see what happens. I just kept pumping when it fell below 3hg's.
 
Hello. I've been a member since November of 2022. This is my first real post. I've mostly been a lurker but I have decided to take the plunge into PE.
My starting measurements are:
4.5" BPFSL
4.48" FG
4.41" BPEL
4.88" EG
My goal is:
6" BPEL
5.5" EG.

I started my routine on 6/11/23 and it goes as follows:
5 minute warm up with microwaveable heating pad.
5-6 minute bundled stretches in multiple directions. Down right, down center, down left. Middle right, middle straight out, middle left. Upper right upper straight up, upper left.
BTC Left, center, right. Each stretch held for minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left and 15 cranks to right.
Down left, down center, down right. Each stretch held minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left, 15 cranks right.
Middle left, straight out, middle right. Each stretch held for minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left, 15 cranks right.
Upper left, straight up, upper right. Each stretch held for minimum 30 seconds.
15 cranks left, 15 cranks right.
This is one set. I do this 3 times. In one sitting.
I also have a 1/2" x 2' copper pipe wrapped in gaffers tape to add more tension to the stretches.
Once all 3 sets are complete, I do a 5 to 10 minute warm down with heating pad.
Then I slip on the silistretcher for healing in an extended state.
I do not have an ADS so I'll leave the silistretcher on all day.
I'll be receiving the mytivac pump next week to incorporate pumping into my routine.
This first week I did all the sets in one sitting but starting tomorrow I'm going to do 2 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening. I will incorporate the pumping into the evening sets.
I'm going to use CrazyEd's pumping guide to get my penis conditioned to pumping.
Please let me know what you think about my routine.
P.S. I am not in the market right now for the length master.

You need a length master. This device will bring length gains faster than using your bare hands. You will gain from using your hands but it's only a matter of time before you plateau and your penis start asking for higher stretching force.

I’m not in the market for a length master right now. I made the decision to go with the Mytivac to supplement my stretching. Maybe in the future I’ll get a length master but not right now.

Why 6 inches BPEL? Why not bigger?
 
I’ve only been doing P.E. for 2 weeks. Here is a little anecdote from this morning. I woke up at 5:15am with a raging hard on and had to take a leak. After I did I was still semi hard so I put my cock ring on and went back to bed for about an hour and a half. When I woke up from that, because of the cock ring, I was even harder than before. So I got up and went and looked in the mirror and wow! It was so thick and looked longer than I’ve ever seen it. I was tempted to measure but decided not to as I don’t want to measure again until 90 days in, which will be September.
