Take note of where you are today, and check-in quarterly to make sure you're still on-track, but also expect some slow-downs along the way.

I started off with 20 minutes, built up to 1 hour and 30 minutes and thats why it took me long. DLD was doing this stuff for hours with minimal rest days even when he was barely starting thats why he gained so much in so little time.
