MoS video system will be offline for a few days

The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] forum members video server will be offline for a few days due to a glitch in the system that is being fixed that blocks attached images.

During this time, previous videos that were posted in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] system will not appear until the system is turned back on.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this thread once the bug has been fixed and system has been restored.

Any news on this yet?
 
We are still working on it. It is 80% ready but we needed to make some server changes. It was working great on our test server but there are different updates we are doing on this one to complete. Hang in there everyone, we are almost there.
 
The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] video system is now online. When you upload a video give it a few minutes to convert before it is live. It is pretty much the same process when you upload a video to YouTube or Vimeo. All previous videos before this new system update will not be available until we re-convert them for this new system. We have to do that manually so give us a few days for those. But feel free to record and upload videos on this new system.

Here is a sample video I just uploaded, it should playback on every device and browser in High Definition (HD) or Standard Definition (SD) depending on your internet speed. If you have any issues with playback please let us know what device, browser and connection speed you are using, we are still tweaking it for best quality and speed.

Is it still 500mg maximum? I saw someone today tried to post a video that was much less megabytes but the server refused the upload.

Yes, I replied to that thread. He tried to upload at 5am when the server was offline. Its all good now and you can upload up t 500 MB. Just waiting for feedback from end users.
