hey there guys is anyone else having trouble contacting the support team as the phones just keep ringing and ive had no response to my emails. are they on holiday or summit.

i ordered a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] over a month ago and still havent recieved it, they said they had them in stock 3 weeks ago. could someone help me. do u need my details ive sent loads of emails with them on, the name on the order is adam.
