Today we updated the Video Section of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] Members Area with new video. We added both Quicktime Video and Windows Media Video totaling over 70 New Video Files & Links. The Quicktime Video is Higher res Video than the Windows Media Video and may take longer to Stream or Download.

We also updated the links in Phase 5 as well. Please report any broken links (if any) in this thread.

Slow Squash Jelq is up there working along with a few others that you mentioned. There are a couple bonus exercises that were unrelated to the 5 Phase system that were lost during the site transfer. We are going to re-shoot those again as well.

hey guys,is there any way i can reobtain my password,because i have it saved/remembered on the main logging in page at the enrance,but when i try to watch the media player videos,it ask me again and i cant find the email that had my password in it.
also,most of the quicktime videos dont work for me,redirects me to another page that says 'page couldnt be found'.
any help would be great cheers
