Mordecai's Quest for Girth

I was using a 12" x 2" mushroom head maker tube, which I packed from time to time. But typically did two 15 min sets each day for four days on, 1 day off at 5 hg. Every 10 days or so I might get 90 minutes in total (6 sets).

I never went past 5 hg. I tried to stay hard in tube and keep edema low. Used a heat wrap for most sets.

Do you think I need to up my sets or the pressure?

Try using 5hg for longer sets. I've gone one hour using very low pressure, it gives better gains versus high, much safer.
 
I've been really careful with my clamping, kegeling to make sure my dick is getting fresh blood and keeping each set to 10 minutes max. If anything, I probably need to jelq more between sets but time has been a constraint. So far, my erections have intense. Wake up in the middle of the night sometimes from the throbbing.

Has you stomach always been this flat or you are into body building? That is exactly how I want my stomach to be. I have a 3 inches fat pad right now and it's making it difficult for me to get a real bone press measurement.

Yes, I've been lifting weights for years. I have my food and bad days with my stomach flatness but I try to keep it within striking distance by not going overboard with sweets and fats.

I need to start lifting weights too and try as much as I can to reduce fatty food. I'm following your thread. Keep up the good work.
 
5hg and yes keep as erect the more you can during session. You can go 2.5hg for one hour it gives me a nice pump.

Hey Red, I tried two 20 min sets at 2.5 hg this evening, kegeling and milking the tube, and it felt great. I'll see if it has any impact on EQ and let you know. I may increase each set to 45 min if I don't have any issues.

I meant to say two 30 minute sets. Woke up this morning with raging wood, so no ill effects yet! What do you think a reasonable routine is with two 30-minute, low-pressure sets -- 3 days on, 1 day off? Do you think this is enough rest?

Resumed low pressure, longer pumping sessions this evening:

1 x 40 min manual pumping at 2.5 hg, milking tube and silicone sleeve with constant heat
1 x 30 min manual pumping at 2.5 hg, milking tube and silicone sleeve with constant heat.

Put on my cock cushion below glans, weighted ball collar and gel constriction device to keep things expanded. Felt great. Here are a few pix.

I'm new to pumping. How do you keep constant heat on your penis while pumping? Or are you just saying heat the penis in between sets?

Using low pressure for longer pumping is often overlooked by the heavy hitters ? you Know using high HG.

I suggest every 15 mins of your 30m sets to spike in the 20hg area if you can, or 15hg for only around 10-15 seconds then gently bring that pressure down to prior.

What this does is give the entire penis a massive boost in blood flow, that you may see 1/4 inch length expansion. This aids the whole circulation down there, getting that blood charging towards the head.

This is the same method I used in the past, and now either once or twice a week for overall good penile health.

My erections are good, even in cold weather I have a nice hang. It must have been doing something.

Just don't get carried away with seeing it so larger, wanting more pressure, as you can overdo it getting more fluid then solid expansion.

Perform jelqs or alternative afterwards.

I experimented with this approach today, albeit somewhat conservatively. I did one continuous 40-minute set at 2.5 hg, milking the tube and increasing the pressure to 10 hg at the 15 minute and 30 minute marks for about 15 seconds before reducing back to 2.5 hg. Felt pretty good. I'll have to see how the EQ reacts in the morning. Here's a pic at 10 hg, 30 minutes in. View attachment 1826241
 
Just finished 5 straight days of 30-minute morning clamping sessions and evening 30-min continuous pumping sessions at 2.5 hg. EQ has been amazing so far, though I think I'm about to hit that wall. Plan to take the next day or so off before embarking on another 5-day run.

Here's a pic of me wearing one of the silicone sleeves designed to keep my dick extended post pump. But I think it might be too tight as it substantially compresses my girth.
