Yeah, I've already sent a mail on that email, but I didn't any reply.
The order was already handed over to the courier, I'm assuming they read it and hoping there's no mess up.

If anything goes wrong getting a touch of me right away and I’ll get in touch with them. Thank you for your patience as we straighten all this out. Lightning was a huge part of this brotherhood and filling his shoes is very difficult. know we are doing our best
