Got a mitt sleeve a little while ago and it tore.
They’re sending out a new one for me which is awesome.
my question, is there anything I can do to try and make sure this doesn’t happen again?

Lightning made a post regarding that situation:
  • Quality Control:
We recently made new molds in March of 2021 for the SiliSleevs and DuroSleevs. The previous molds had an injection spot in the fat end of the sleeve. This created a weak spot on random sleeves depending on how the sleeve was cut away from the mold. The new molds no longer have this injection point, therefore, eliminating this weak spot.
  • Sizing:
If you are serious about getting the best results and most comfort out of wearing your sleeve, we offer a 3 size pack for sizing and growth. Even though we give you sizing recommendations in the product description, this is only a reference point. Everyone has different sensitivity and tolerance levels, properly sizing yourself for the proper fit will make your experience so much better.
  • Softness of Sleeves:

  1. The SiliSleev2 is our softest sleeve. This is a great sleeve for beginners and is the easiest to put on.
  2. The SiliSleev5 is harder than the SiliSleev2. This is a great sleeve for those with experience that have good tolerance wearing something wrapped around the penis. The SiliSleev5 will have more compression than the SIliSleev2.
  3. The DuroSleev is our hardest sleeve in this category of sleeves. This sleeve is for well-experienced users and provides maximum compression on the penis. Many people use the DuroSleev with vacuum stretchers and hangers for great tension.

  • Maintenance of Sleeves:
We see many people nicking or pinching sleeves because they have long fingernails or stretching the sleeve over something with a sharp edge. If you see a sleeve developing a split at the end, stop using it to prevent it from splitting more. Trim the end with a sharp pair of scissors making one clean cut. You do not want jagged edges or they may start to split.


TL;DR

The tear problems shouldn't happen from now on. Since a new mold is being used.
  • How are you wearing it?
  • Are you using them for healing in elongated state?
  • Are you using them for vac hanging?
  • Which one are you using in particular?

  • I treat them like they are made of out crystal, gentle pressure, gentle movements. Haven't had any problem.
I have used LG hanger with duro sleeves, and haven't had any problems. Knock on wood.

I had only experienced it tearing when using silisleeve 2 & 5 for hanging. Again they are meant for healing in elongated state.
But when I used it for healing in elongated state, I had no problems whatsoever.

Lucky you, mine got torn long time ago and didn't get any response back about it till now. Cause I'm from India I believe.

Can you send with my new order(like sleeves and power assist 2) that I'll make in a few days when I have the money? So that I don't have to pay for the shipping twice?
Buy internationally is a hassle for me, high shipping fee, 50% customs fee. how I wish I was from USA ?
 
Can't afford the power assist 2 at the moment, I've already placed my order with the remaining items bro.

That sucks dude, paying 50% at customs...

I bought the MosRED through PARCL (Well the agent bought it for me, and he sent it to me)

Super simple, you tell them what do you want to buy, after that you pay and then they buy it for you.

Its good if for example you are away from your home/country and you want it to be sent to other place, etc.

Pretty cheap, at mos was 250$(MOSRED) I paid just 70ish more. For the shipment and handling, theft prevention, etc.

Always ask multiple agents, since some will charge you a lot. Always negotiate, because you are the customer, you put the rules, since you are the one taking the risk of paying them.

If they cant ship it to you, they are forced to give your money back.

I’m glad people are finding options for shipping in the areas that ripped people off. DHL It’s usually good but sometimes certain countries it’s just ridiculous customs.

Those conversations would’ve been with lightning so I’m sorry that that did not go well but lightning has died so I have no way to really remedy the situation. So we should start from scratch let me know what’s going on and I will have the new sales person take care of it

Oops, I assumed you're the one managing sales and told them to add the silisleeve 5 replacement in my current order.
and also this "Please lower the price to very minimum on the invoice and do not include the shipping cost in the invoice please. They're charging 50% on that aswell when it was shown in the invoice the last time."

I have nothing to do with the money or the sales this is all taken care of by lightning‘s wife. Send her this message so she can deal with it for you.
