I'm thiking about joining how much is it jsut for the lifetime membership site? Does it include videos and instructions

i think the lifetime membership is about $60 now...i believe it has phases 1-5 and a maintenance routine...they also have video clips for a lot of the exercises dld created...it was worth it for me when i signed up...i don't remember paying that much but i might have and it is worth having the access
What are the phases 1-5? is it liek a routine that one jsut follows?

how many times do you do each phase? do you jsut do each phase once or so? or each phase takes a week or two?

And take it easy to start with!! thats seriously important, you need to build yourself up!
