(Measuring from the side)
I have zero fat pad, And I have always measured from the side since 5 years ago, the same spot and the way. Never changes. I used to use a marker and mark that spot for weeks to get the feel for it. People need to find one spot and stick to that one spot. I have seen guys that measure in like 8 differnt ways, and they complain they never gain. The Reason? Cause they dont have anything accurate to measure from. Stick to one spot, it does not matter were which way or what someone else tells you to do. Stick to the way you like and keep dping it. In this world the only thing that matters is dedication and consistencey.

I was just asking you if you saw the post I made about these "SIze Surveys" it makes people feel bad when they think that they are not big enough casue of a flawed size survey and false truth, that is all.
