No, it's basically a noose device...and they all cut off blood flow to the glans which is very unhealthy in the long term

Mine ended up in the bin after half an hour. It's bulky, no way you'll ever get that in your trousers. In addition it cuts of glans blood flow as SWM says. Finally, it has no protection on the bottom so you basically have hard edged plastic digging into your ligaments.<
