I want to know every method people have tried or even know of of manual stretching other than just stretch and hold with your hand for minutes at a time
There will always be a hold of 30 seconds to 300 seconds. The discussion should be, "what type of pull for the exercises?"
You got the straight pulls.
Side pulls.
Helicopter pulls.
Angled pulls.
These are standard for newbie stretches.
You got fulcrum pulls, like DLD Benders.
You got this and pills at the same time like the PowerAssist routines.
You have variations of rope pulls by pulling straight out, and use one hand to create a roll like a rope around a stick.
There are so many method of employing the pulls, while the grab and hold the penis can range from 30 seconds as standard, to 300 seconds as power hold.
