Manual Stretch Methods?

I want to know every method people have tried or even know of of manual stretching other than just stretch and hold with your hand for minutes at a time
 
There will always be a hold of 30 seconds to 300 seconds. The discussion should be, "what type of pull for the exercises?"

You got the straight pulls.
Side pulls.
Helicopter pulls.
Angled pulls.
These are standard for newbie stretches.

You got fulcrum pulls, like DLD Benders.
You got this and pills at the same time like the PowerAssist routines.
You have variations of rope pulls by pulling straight out, and use one hand to create a roll like a rope around a stick.

There are so many method of employing the pulls, while the grab and hold the penis can range from 30 seconds as standard, to 300 seconds as power hold.

There are many exercises if you go to the video section and check it out. Most exercises I have invented and has seeing work perfectly for people. Also, look through the progress threads there is plenty of exercise There also.

Excellent let me know how it goes
Today I tried manual jelqing in the bath for the first time ever trying manually just used lube I just did 4-8 minutes. Did straight stretching on and off about 25-70 seconds for over 30 minutes and did one side ways one left then right these never tried before but saw on MOS YouTube the DLD says do different directions now about to watch vids

I love the PVC stretch one!!!!! For me wrist is way to big to pull much of my penis over it but until I find a pipe equivalent, I just started using my shorts waistband I just pull it out not the testicles and do the same kind of thing. Definitely stretches is very very good awesome videos!!!!!!! I will be doing this one every day from now on and the side ways basic stretches you do
