I would absolutely read holistic approaches and try to apply the knowledge. I dont have the knowledge on it, and just looking online for the random scares me a bit

The black seed and coconut oils will help to keep this for about 3 months. There are anti bacterial properties to all, but many in the organic black seed. You CAN mix this also with about 3% DMSO to drive this into the penis. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again…NOTHING but organic (verifiable) material when combining with DMSO. DMSO will take anything into the epidermis. Thus NO polyester undies or anything else again the penis until a complete dry. Of course the oils won’t completely dissipate, but IF you use DMSO for any reason, give it at least 30 to 45 minutes to work and then dress accordingly. Etc.

Got it. Looks like you're close to what I encounter. It's just the nature of the oils coming into contact with air and moisture.
I’d stay away from the sleeve. Completely. The skin needs air. Of course it might be hindered a bit with the oil applications, but that is also for healing purposes. I wear an ADS silicone anti turtle sleeve (no all day stretch just sleeve) and must bare in mind that every 4 to 6 hours ya gotta take that off as to not get that nasty skin issues happening with moisture etc.
Also…..I drove past a 12 point Typical Buck that was a BEAST that was smacked by a Toyota. Sad as that would have been a wall hanger. Must have been a 6-7 year buck and about 290 or more. Whoah.

Sounds like our incident. We hit a buck going through a mountain pass, 8 points. Only smacked it on the right hind leg, spun it a few times, it got up and ran away. I don't know about the bucks using hte MityVac system, but ducks uses MityVac Missile system for sure. Ever see a duck's penis firing 24cm of penile destruction in less than a fraction of a second into a vagina?Have you ever seen a Buck use a MitVac system? Ok, I can ditch the sleeve if needed. The blisters are only on the top of my glans which the sleeve doesnt interact with. I repurpose the softer Sillisleeves that have stretched a bit with use of the ADS stretcher when not using the ADS. It's starting to get chilly out and I try to stay wrapped for warmth, and in this instance it helped keep me pointing down so my pants were not rubbing across my glans.I’d stay away from the sleeve. Sounds like a nice buck, too bad that is how you got to see it. We have a law in Montana that we can call and get a roadkill permit to harvest animals that were freshly hit so they dont go to waste. I'd rather watch em chasing does then see them stuck in the front grill of my pickup though!

My daughters science teacher asked for students to bring in frozen organs from harvested animals so the students could dissect. My wife didnt tell me this until late in the night after already quartering my elk. I told her their was no way I was going to dig through the gut pile, but had to go back for the second bull the next day and I offered to cut the pecker and balls off of it. I was shortly considered but then met with a resounding No and a disgusted look from my daughter.
Dad, I dont want to bring a frozen elk pecker to school in my backpack!
DMSO I get at 99% purity on line and some of the others as well. I also have a local holistic shop I frequent that has some of these items. Just do a search and ensure 3rd party tested for purity etc. They are out there. Ya just gotta do some digging.
Do not start until all blisters are gone. Working through this will only make things worse

I will not start pumping or any PE work until the blisters are gone and skin completely healed over. When I do start again, I will go back to the newbie routine and progressively build up and take it easy for awhile.
I assume testical health massage is still fine, and basic day to day erections to keep blood flowing and healing in progress.
It's been 48hours+ and the blisters are still intact, reducing in fluid volume but not popped or leaking at all. So no open wounds at this point.
I did take the advice provided, and only applying bacitracin to my glans 3 times a day where the blisters are, and hydrocortisone is reserved only for foreskin down to pubic area where no blisters exist.

Been doing some additional research and couple more questions on DMSO and organic topical options.
1.) I've been seeing recommendations to dilute DMSO at 50/50 with distilled water. Your recommendation above is to mix at only 3% volume with black seed and coconut oils. Is your recommendation for 3% dilution on for treatment of my current blister damage, or is that the standard regardless of injury or not?
2.) I know DMSO helps drive the absorption of whatever is in contact with the skin surface, hence why it is added in to the dilution of oils. Do you have a specific protocol you recommend for ensuring super clean skin layer beforehand? I consider myself petty clean and hygienic, but thinking if I shower and use my mens bodywash there may be chemicals in the body wash I dont want to be absorbed deep in to my penis or body. What process do you recommend I follow to make sure only the topical solution is what gets absorbed?

Day 3 of blister care.
Morning shower and light wash of the glans and flushed with indirect hot water. Applied bacitracin and then went about my day.
Around lunch, it felt a little itchy and different, so went to the bathroom to check and reapply bacitracin. Sure enough, the large blood blister and smaller blister next to it seem to have let loose and no more fluid in them.
The two blisters opposite side are way down in fluid and almost flush to the rest of my skin but not popped.
The 5th smaller one has almost completely vanished.
I washed the area with warm water and antibacterial soap, reapplied bacitracin, and gave one single wrap with sterile breathable gauze.
I am a little relieved to see the blood blister had popped on it's own and I dont have much discomfort. Held out for three days so hopefully some good healing has already started underneath.
Will continue keeping clean and applying bacitracin and cover if needed to keep irritation down from pants and keep clean. Will also monitor for any signs of infection, but for now it seems that I am doing what I can and it will just take time to heal.

Very smart move. You never want this again so continue when you're ready. Very good steps in using bacitracin and hydrocortisone, this will help blisters big time while hydrocortisone will keep youe skin in tip top shape

Today marks two weeks of blister injury recovery. I have pretty much healed up minus some slight discoloration of the glans skin where the blisters were.
I completed my second day of easing back in to a routine. The first day was Monday with a rest day yesterday.
Sessions consisted of 10 minute warm up of light jelqing and SSJ's in front of a space heater, then 5x5x3 with the the 1.75" cylinder. Slow creep to 5Hg, then up and down over each 5 minutes to 6Hg and 7Hg for short 15 second bursts. C-ring and full package ring for a few hours each and cycling fresh blood often. Today I also rested for 10 minutes with some massage and then used 2" cylinder up to 5Hg and pulsed back and forth with an upper limit of 7Hg.
No ADS usage yet as I want to stay away from any long term vacuum pressure on my glans for the next couple weeks.
Feels good to be back at it, and I plan to stay at these lower pressures for the next month with frequent rest days.
Going forward long term outlook, I would like to stay with 10Hg as my upper limit.
