Yep. I hear you brother. I delayed my routines by two weeks because I didn't feel any pain as I went up passing that 10 inHg mark too after getting my Bathmate. Huge mistake.

Listen to your body and know your limits for yourself. Knowing you body is the smartest thing you need to do
 
First 5x5x3 pump session with the mityvac is in the books.

In all reality it was more like a 5x2x1 and 5x5x3 cause I screwed up on the first pump and lost all my pressure so started over.

I can already tell it is going to take some practice to get used to hydrpumping with it, but hopefully as practice makes perfect I can share my learnings with the brotherhood.

First full 5 min pump maintained at 5Hg, then went up to 7Hg for the second and third. Felt good overall, but didnt feel like I was getting same expansion as I do with the bath mate.

Struggled a little bit multitasking the connections and pump handle and had to rework up an erection a couple times so that could have been part of the expansion issue. Overall though no fluid retention and felt a lot more of an even pump throughout.
 
Traveling for work this week, and was a bit nervous to pass through airport security with my mityvac, sillistretcher and sleeves nicely stowed in my carry on luggage. Thinking what questions am I going to get about this...?

Just passed through security and not even a blink from TSA about my PE gear. I did get a nice groin pat down for alerting in my "genital area". Haha

Wonder if my morning stretching before heading to the airport somehow caused some additional heat signature or something in my pants.
 
Just spent three days out of town with my wife. She knows I do "some morning stretching" but is not fully in the know of my PE work.

It has been a couple months since we have had full intercourse due to some health issues she has been having and other marriage struggles we are workingthrough.

We attempted sex and she said she couldn't get me in and it hurt. She requested I not get any bigger and that she thinks she cant handle it if I get bigger. Did eventually get in but by then the mood was killed and I blew my load pretty fast after not having sex for quite some time. I am currently at just under 5" EG at last measure.

Coming up on 1 year of pumping and girth work and started right at 4" EG last May.

Guess it's nice she noticed, but I am not to my goal of 8x6 so also a little disappointed to put work on hold. Just dont want to sacrifice sex life going forward and give her a reason to worry about sex.

Think I will move towards more of a cementing routine for a bit until she gets used to my size, and then pick up later after a break.

Any other advice?
 
If you want to achieve the 6 girth, keep the pace or increase the intensity a bit more. While you're reaching toward 6, you are cementing 5. I stopped at 5 as well in the past because my wife said she was comfortable at that size. Learned my lesson. Don't stop.

To think I started a year ago pumping trying to improve EQ, then realized holy crap, I can actually do this more structured and grow my size!

I will keep after it on the quest for what in my mind is the magic numbers. 8"x6"

Sitting at 7"x5" and man, today's 5x5x3 was magical!

Have not updated progress recently, but I have continued daily during my lack of updates.

Loving the mityvac! 5x5x3 with normal schedule of 3 days on one day off.

1st start at 6Hg and slow creep up to 8Hg -9Hg. 2nd start at 7Hg go up to 10Hg. 3rd start at 6Hg go up to 10Hg and then depending on I'm feeling either hold at 10 until last minute or slowly reduce back down for remainder of a few minutes.

Observation of less fluid retention with mity vac, but dont feel as fat as I used to with the bathmate.

This morning I experimented with first two pumps as above, then jumped into shower and did 3rd pump with bath mate. Squeezed in a 4th pump after shower with mityvac up to 8Hg and then creeped back down. Seemed pretty fat afterwards and on 4th pump with mityvac I was starting to hit sides of cylinder.

At two hours now with C-ring on, so will see if expansion sticks around for the rest of the day.

So good to hear you have not given up. I am also pleased with your progress....gotta love the MityVac ♥️
