The glans can't really be enlarged. The primary source of blood to the glans is the corpus spongiosum, which ebbs and flows with the level of arousal. If you could close off the CS while you're arouse then the head will fill to maximum capacity and then you could expand the tissues of the head to some extent. I've never had ANY change in glans size from anything that I've ever tried for this exact purpose. I think the primary reason for this is that the glans is a membrane and is not at all similar to the shaft's structural makeup.

I can say that recently I've been getting treated by a chiropractor and my glans is much more full at a lower level of arousal. Everything in the body is driven by the CNS and the spinal nerves that attach to the spinal cord. Going to see a well qualified chiropractor will improve the quality of your life on the whole and could help with any number of problems.
 
I think Millionman is right about the link between the CS and glans fullness. I have always had good girth (started at 5.5") but most of it was in width, and I had no CS (the underside of the dick) depth and have always had a small glans. I gained a bit from jelqing but again saw now CS changes or head changes. I've been clamping now for 2 weeks or so and the changes are incredible - you can really, really target the CS and head and I can definitely say that they are both larger now after just two weeks. Look into clamping using Redzulu's guide and focus on the holds that target the CS and the glans, I promise you'll see changes.
 
keggaling while jelquing the glands will do it. my glans has always big but I'm making it even bigger. My wife has even noticed that my head is growing LOL.

My glans has kept up with the rest of my growth 5 - 5.75 EG. Some kinds of hanging were not good for the glans so I stopped that. For pumping, I even put a rubber sleeve around all my penis except the head.
 
In all likelihood it's the coronal ridge that has a greater flare as it is the "attachment" point of the glans off of the CCs and CS. This will grow fairly normally with the shaft but this is not actually glans growth as it's a soft tissue that is more of a sponge-like material that contracts and expands with blood flow and the pressure within the head is only kept constant by the CS and the CS has active blood flow in and out. I've had my glans close to 5.75" around during a session but the following days it was at it's usual size of 5". There's not been many men here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] that have claimed to have gained much if any glans size. I've gained close to an inch in EG and have only seen maybe .25" of an inch in head growth over the entire time I've been here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].
 
Then list me as one of the few who has had head growth - that has maintained itself. Not some bit of stuff around the head but the whole head.

I made it a point to work at it in order to keep the same penis proportions - I feel that the size of the head plays a serious role in the female's pleasure, and that was a lot (1/2) of the reason for me and Penis Enlargement. It is possible to do, and I have done it. Some pumping with restrictions to keep the shaft from receiving the full vacuum, some clamping, and a very stressful hanging technique which I don't recommend.

The hanging basically clamped near the bottom of an erection, and hung from that clamp up to 18 lbs. It slowly would loose blood from the erection and the clamp would move toward the head. The head received serious internal pressure.

Getting the (near) perfect clamp force is an enormous hassle.

I have been at Penis Enlargement since about 1998, much off and on, so I have a pretty good understanding of how my penis works and withstands forces.

The downside is massive darkening of the skin, lots of red and dark marks.
