well I was having the hardest time trying to get an erection today. I even watched adult entertainment which an episode ive never seen before and I did get a full erection after a few strokes. When I measured at full erect I was amazed at 6.9BPL from my current status. I never had this hard of a time trying to get my dick to stick up. Any suggestions because im not getting a harder erection like I use too with a smaller penis?

If the remodelling byproducts (at your present level of training intensity) aren't adversely effecting your tumescence when you've been asleep, then they're not adversely effecting it when you're awake. Something else is ... like a lack of interest.

I think you're probably Over-Porning.

Besides the whole escalation of erotic threshold, which is a big deal but I won't repeat again here, there are also expectation and reward elements going on.

The physical 'reward' component is in place with adult entertainment (sortof), but the emotional reward component is not. It's only -so- interesting or attractive on a deep level, despite its surface-level 'hotness'.

Maybe lay off adult entertainment for a while, or back way off, and don't go all the way to a release when porning. Save up that energy (emotional, physical) for when you need it.

(example -- If someone isn't getting off three times a day to five adult entertainment goddesses fvsking each other, then their girlfriend is going to look way hotter.) rofl

Also what's had an obnoxious boost for me, (and I didn't need it ... so this is pushing the needless surplus factor at inopportune times), is 50mg / day of DHEA, and 1500mg / day of arginine pyroglutamate - both before sleep. With this, jelquing to no-adult entertainment isn't a problem.
 
I think your penis can take a beating through Penis Enlargement, sex or masturbation. Too much and your erections may suffer for a minute. I guess you gotta find your threshold.
