Maintaining erection cause bad EQ later?

So for the last few days, whenever I'm alone I've been trying to maintain an erection, I usually get about a 50-70% erection and maintain it for about 30/40 mins sets then repeat 3-4 times a day, sometimes more. However my EQ has been getting pretty bad when it comes to masterbation at night for my girth, is this the reason or do I just need a rest day?

If this exercise has been workin' for you in the past, take a look at what other factors might be leading to your lack of 'stamina'.

Lack of sleep, change in diet/exercise/sleep/work patterns etc., hell, just general "holiday stress" could be to blame.

When you experience changes, especially unexpected or unwanted changes, best thing to do is identify just "what has changed" to produce these new results.

The practice of maintaining an erection seems to be causing the weak erection. If you want to improve your erection, what you need to do is kegel.
