maca

i was interested in buying some maca. Just curious if others recommend it? what brand? powder or gelatinized? Does it really help for erections or libido? thanks for any info

I've taken Maca half a dozen times over the last few years. Tried gelatinized and unprocessed. I'm not sure which is more effective though.

It is possibly the only supplement that I have ever really noticed an increase in sexual function while using.

Go with the bulk powder, not the caspules. Maca is considered a food more than a herbal "medicine".
