Been lurkin here for around 3 months, never really considered myself up on the subject, way I am, I want to test the product before indorsing it... Well, after constricting for one on one off split for 3 months... I see gains in length of around a half inch, and girth from 5.6 to 6.1... Followed the constrictors guide, so no one need ask for the routines, cuz I just followed the list.
Started at 6 1/2, now 6 9/10.. Never heard anything of contricting as length, I just wanted girth, oh well... Thanks DLD and everyone else here supporting [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words].

PROOF that constricting works.
Length also comes with constricting. You say you followed the guide? well I betcha did some length exercises too. Your a true inspiration already in the field I started out. If you would be so kind as to venture over to my site and mention about your success story please. Maybe tell us your exact routine, what exercises you did ect. You've done FANTASTIC in 3 months. Keep at it for another 3 months and it should become permanent.
