LM3 progression of exercises

Hello,

I started using the LM3 at the beginning of June and have made progress in the Newbie routine to hold the stretch for 2 minutes in each direction at every angle.

I have a question about advancing to the Downward Bundled Stretches (DBS). Should I replace the Newbie routine entirely with DBS, or is it recommended that both routines be done together?

Once you go past the newbie period for 30 days just to get the conditioning, the open world of PE is yours to experiment. We normally use the newbie stretches to warm up for a few minutes as a base stretches, if you so inclined, and go to more advanced bundled stretches.
