LiL stretching tips

Ive been experimenting a little recently. What ive discovered is not exactly a huge discovery but it may help you nonetheless.

I found that when doing sitting down lig stretches (especially downwards ones) that by putting a leg opposite to the side your stretching on, on an elevated surface, that you will definatly get a much more extreme, intesnse ligament stretch.

For example, if i was stretching my dick down and to the right, i would place my left leg one my desk thus giving me a better stretch.


If anybody else has any tips relating to stretching or just anything to do with pe in general plz feel free to post them on to this topic

The thing that cause me to post this info was a member a while back claming that bouncing or pulling really hard, then not pulling so hard, was a really good way to stretch the ligs.

before reading this book i already knew from doing MA's that that kind of stretching should not be done and is potentially harmful, but on another note,

anybody trying to develop new stretching techniques that target the ligs should DEFINATLY give this book a look see.
 
I've always found that when doing downward stretches it helps to pull my abs upwards towards my ribs. As if I'm pulling my stomach in. This gives me a good stretch. I agree with pulling away from the leg also.
 
I use my body as leverage. instead of just using my hand and pulling hard I sort of lean back when I am pulling and i rest my arm that I am using to pull with against my body or leg and use that to give more leverage and it causes me to pull harder and get a better workout.
 
Stretching with a fulcrum point is the most intense way to stretch as it gives the user more strength than he could produce himself. Check out some of the POWER ASSIST EXERCISES the use of the fulcrum allows for so many more angles of intense isolation. The same thing applies to my FOOT LONG STRETCH, using my foot allows for me to add leg power which is so much stronger than my arms.
