Ive been experimenting a little recently. What ive discovered is not exactly a huge discovery but it may help you nonetheless.
I found that when doing sitting down lig stretches (especially downwards ones) that by putting a leg opposite to the side your stretching on, on an elevated surface, that you will definatly get a much more extreme, intesnse ligament stretch.
For example, if i was stretching my dick down and to the right, i would place my left leg one my desk thus giving me a better stretch.
If anybody else has any tips relating to stretching or just anything to do with pe in general plz feel free to post them on to this topic
