I have been reading alot of posts about ligament stretching. Although i may be wrong i have come to the conclusion that ligament stretching just benefits your flaccid hang length. While your erect length will increase with SO and SU stretches.

Both ligament and tunica gains equate to erect length gains. Ligament gains are far easier to accomplish. Tunica gains can take some time due to the toughness of the tunica.
