if you have what it takes to pe then you have what it takes to lift weights. ive been working out for long before i ever pe'd and the transition was very easy for me because i understood what it took to see results. gaining from both is very similiar too, same newbie gains.
Yea weights definitely aid pe and they are similair in ways. But I'm 225 lbs not far from cut; I gain muscle real easy and wish Pe gains came that easy.
