Absolutely! The LM can be used by very advanced PE users to brand new newbies. I've been using my LM for close to maybe 3 years now. You can absolutely do the newbie routine with the LM. I do, many many others do as well. You can use the LM for hanging, it's a compression hanger, still one of the most comfortable compression hangers there is.If I’m understanding you correctly, I can just get the LM and begin the newbie routine with that? How do I incorporate that with hanging? Do I stop hanging?
did you get better length gains with the LM than hanging? In another post I told DLD my goals, and he advised me to get my length first, so I’m trying to develop a plan.
What have you gained after using this product for 3 years? You can absolutely do the newbie routine with the LM. I do, many many others do as well. You can use the LM for hanging, it's a compression hanger, still one of the most comfortable compression hangers there is.
As for a routine, you can do both manual stretches with the LM and hanging. You can just do manual with LM and also get fantastic results. I use both, with the LM, manual and hanging. Again, it's the best tool for length used for everything. It is a compression hanger though, so it's pros and cons compared to a vacuum. But absolutely, you can start off with the newbie routine using the LM. Then go from there, as time progresses up the ante, then start using the newbie retain and hanging. Nothing stopping you
If I gained 1.5 inches, I’d be very close to my goal!
As soon as this covid nonsense is over, I’ll have the privacy to use it.

How much force (grams of weight) should be applied to do expressive stretching with LM3?
Can one overdo the force?
Okay.. I see... I tried to rotate my penis with my hands, 1.5 rotation was possible on the head.
Maybe I don't understand the physiques, I imagine when using a LM, it would seem like only the skin is twisted around and not the head.
Great analogyIt would be like as if you were wringing a towel.
Holding one end stable while turning the other end
Using just your hands, you are limited to the length of your twist, because of grip strength and slippage.
As @huge-girth mentioned the Lengthmaster will lockdown one end and you will perform a more proficient and effective twist; bundled stretch
