hi,

it seems that i cant order the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] from Algeria, so I'm searching for any algerian user who have a method to get it, (anyone living in europe can order it and i'll pay you hand to hand).

If you can't get it shipped from me perhaps someone close by you could order and re-ship. the problem is not the shipping, in our country its not possible o buy things online, banks dont allow it (political stuff), we need someone living in europe to buy it for us and we'll pay him first obviously.
 
i'm not planning to spam, but i'll bump this thread every now and then to maybe reach someone !.

The number one reason people give up so fast because they tend to look how far they still have to go, instead of looking how far they have gotten

Exactly. 2 years will pass whether you do PE or not. At the end of two years you will be happy or disappointed. I think it best to be happy and this is by taking 2 years moment by moment is soooooo important. When we give any time to the past of future we are robing ourselves of the now and in the now is where it all takes place.

The now is the best way to have an enjoyable time...sometimes living in the past or even inthe future can be really tiring even physically..

The way I see this is in an energy conservation manner. In the moment we have all of our energy, all of our abilities, all of our actions, all things happen in the now and in the now there is no worry. When we dwell on the past is causes depression and takes energy away from the now. When we dwell in the future we experience anxiety and, again, a loss of energy. If we spend all our time in the past and future we will have no time in the now nor the energy to do anything about it.

yep i was having my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session yesterday while taking a shower (LM seems waterproof still working lol) and i was thinking about times when i cant focus enough due to the fact i think about the past and the future too much...

The now is my goal:cool:

That should be everyones goal and for good reason. I submerge myself in the now with no regard for yesterday or tomorrow, those places no longer exist. In the moment there is such serenity, such a keen awareness of the beauty around us, the ability to make a choice and feel the pleasure of making it happen, all this is in the moment. The moment is fleeting so always stay with the momentum to never allow yourself to fall out of time!

Yeah lots of times I had a less productive pe because of daydreaming but since recently I want to have the mind of a chess master like donald does. He's always thinking far ahead like when he first spoke about wanting to run for presi many years ago

Conducting my routine in the shower yields a far more pleasant experience, and consequently better results. With the warmth of the water and the relaxing nature of a shower, itself I can stretch with greater ease and for more duration. Currently, I do BTC's where I trap The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] behind my thighs and modulate the stretch by moving my torso...I do this bundled clock-wise one turn, counter-clockwise one turn and un-bundled. Each for a minimum of 5-7 minutes and usually 2 reps per.

Wet sessions are better because of warm water,both are ok..tough

I have yet to try, but I am thinking the warm water will do nothing but good.
