Hi.
I like to stress out my penis during pe. Like when i stretch i give it all my might. Although i have gained alot from my strenuous routine ,but it has a downside to it; my EQ suffers massively like im unable to get an erection for a day or two etc. When i take a long break (4/5 days) im good to go. Mind you that i smoke massively and i think it has also taken a toll on my EQ. Im working on to first cut my smoking significantly, quitting eventually, so this is being taken care off.
The problem is that i have always been hard on my penis pushing to the limit during PE, so if i do my exercises with low intensity, i feel like i havnt done anything and the time i just spent is going to be a waste.
Opinons and Suggestions required.
