I had to take a break from the diet, it was not helping lose anything so I decided to go back to a somewhat normal diet, nothing bad but enough allowance of sweets and carbs to keep me on the diet. I allow myself whole wheat bread, a bit of dark chocolate at night, 100% fruit juices mixed 50/50 with water. All these things satisfy that hole I had in my diet. I would rather be on a diet I can handle than one I am constantly feeling deprived.

Are you still doing PE nowadays?

Every day my Brother. The only way I can keep up with you guys is through participation. I just invented a new stretch also so you know I have been doing my homework:)

Thank you:) I am very happy with the newest stretch, the Duel Stretch but I am also happy with some other new ideas I have. I love creating exercise, I always have, it has been my passion in this business from day 1!
 
@kyomoto When the penis becomes a well oiled growing machine you should do at least your kegels I think just to keep fit no?

No matter who it is, when you get to your goal it is so important to continue with a maintenance routine for the rest of your life. This could be one session per week. This will aid in general penile health and will not bring additional growth. Basic PE is very healthy for your penis whether you are looking for gains or have retired from daily exercise. Kegels should also be continued every day for life, this, again, will go towards keeping your unit in the best possible shape.

Can I do 5 minute stretches with my hands daily as my maintenance routine for the rest of my life? What about girth?

Good question Girth is important,to mantain maybe 15 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] can help besides once you get to a remarkable girth you wouldnt loose an inch ever!! 8x6 you would loose maybe quarter an inch or something

DLD needs to comment on this because I cannot afford to loose my hard earned girth gains. I don't want to loose any gains be it length or girth.
 
These weekly maintenance sessions are not about gaining or keeping gains, they are about keeping your penis in good shape after you have made and cemented the gains you desire. I do a lot of maintenance myself even though I am not actively gaining. I do it to keep good blood flow to my penis, keep my PC muscles strong, etc.

Agreed, just do the exercises as if part of your life because that way you'll definitely cement them. But huge-girth if you want to do less of PE because it takes time in your life then slowly reduce the work out over time that way your penis get used to the tension and remains in the same size instead of just stopping immediately.

Its getting harder yesterday i had this 40 mins [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session cause i hate measuring BPEL ...Hope i get to a bigger size before august 20 is measurement day:cool: i notice the skin on the base of my penis is dry is because of the stretching..LOL

Me too, when I am in maintenance mode I go with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] once per week but I have not been in that mode for a while. I have been doing a lot of work in exercise design and testing.
 
Well I intend doing maintenance for the rest of my life once I get to my dream size. Do I need to pump once in a while to maintain girth too?

Maintenance is good for many reason but at the top of the list is being in the best sexual shape possible. Once you have made your gains and are going into maintenance is going to make you sex life that much better. And after a crazy couple of years gaining through daily work, a day a week in maintenance will seem like nothing.
