the only exercise that is really hard to master is the kegel. I find it almost impossible to hold on to a kegel for more than a few seconds. the sensation is almost near draining for a my body. do you guys have any tips on alleviating this pain or should i just continue my like 2-3 second kegels until i get used to it. the most i have ever held on to a kegel is probably like 10 seconds and i nearly feel woozy after that.
