kegeling is hard

the only exercise that is really hard to master is the kegel. I find it almost impossible to hold on to a kegel for more than a few seconds. the sensation is almost near draining for a my body. do you guys have any tips on alleviating this pain or should i just continue my like 2-3 second kegels until i get used to it. the most i have ever held on to a kegel is probably like 10 seconds and i nearly feel woozy after that.
 
I get the same feeling and I know it's full-well the correct muscle. I can't hold it long, especially after 100 quick-squeeze kegels.
 
Try leaning forward a little bit while sitting. I was having the same problem too and still can't do 5 seconds consistently but this allowed me to control that muscle more than sitting back which seemed to tense my butt more.
 
it comes in time, no one can really hold the muscle for 30 seconds on the first try, it takes a good while to get it strong, but it's more than worth it
 
Practice stopping your pee stream like 2-5 times every time you go. Do it for 2 weeks then try some "dry" pc holds. I bet they'll be a lot easier.
 
If you're feeling woozy after holding a kegel for more than 10 seconds then i question if you're even doing it right...?:( I can kegel super tight while driving or eating or doing most everything... i don't even understand what you could be doing to make you feel woozy...?:(?:(?:(
