Kegel reflex too strong

So I've started with some basic fundamentals and already after about a week I'm feeling more energized and more blood flowing down there. However my reflexes are kinda sensitive so I always tend to accidentally kegel when I don't want to. I havent gotten injured yet but I'm worried if I keep up I won't be able to relax my pelvis enough to move on to intermediate stuff. Anyone know of solid ways to relax your pelvic floor?

Automatic kegel is something your body tries to take care of business all day long. It's literally a reflex. You can reprogram your mind. It happened to me when I started PE too while I was young. Kegal reflex action was every 3 minutes, and sometimes, it went as long as 20 bursts continuously.

However, I learned to relax my kegel by force reverse kegels. I started to bore down on my pelvic floor using gentle reverse kegel all day long, whether when I sit or stand. It felt like I want to take a dump or pee all day long when my pelvic was in that state at the beginning. Over the course of a few weeks, it became natural. I only kegel to tighten up my sphincters from accidentally release urine or poop. Overall, my pelvic became much more healthy with plenty of blood flow when my body decides to perform its reflexive kegeling.

or you could train them just before pe to exhaust them and stretch better

When I first started, I had similar challenges. I think for me, it was more of a mental thing of being nervous about pulling so hard on my penis.

On top of learning the feeling of reverse kegel and just getting your brain comfortable with what is happening, I found focusing on my breathing and then relaxing in to the stretch was very helpful.

There is research that shows taking big deep breaths in through your nose helps increase nitric oxide, so it's a win win all around to work on breathing while stretching. Big breath in through your nose, and as you focus on breath release ease in to your stretch.

Awesome post!

Interesting. I will watch when I am done working.

Since I ve been in your position, stretching the pelvic floor daily for 8 weeks (butterfly, baby pose etc) will do miracles.
This is such good message that doing kegels is vital process to not only growth but also erection strength.
