Are there any pe's where kegeling should not be done? I am brand new to all of this, and when I am stretching and jelqing I sometimes try to do as many kegels as I can (especially when stretching for 30 sec's). Not all the time because my pc isn't strong enough. Also, when I am doing Lazy Ass Stretches I kegel sometimes. Is this ok to do?
Up until a few days ago I had never heard of Penis Enlargement. I've been a steady weight lifter for a very long time, and I see no difference between trying to make my biceps/triceps bigger and stronger and doing the same thing for my penis. Only difference is people know I lift weights, I won't be telling anyone about Penis Enlargement's.
